We had a well organised and efficient holiday in Peru and Brazil. Our Tour Operator was helpful and well informed. The local agents (in Peru especially) were helpful, confident and good at what they did. The Tour Guides we had were very good and kept things on track without impeding on the places we visited. Our time in the Peruvian Amazon was a highlight, made so by the amazing staff and facilities.

Journey Latin America gave been there every step of they way for us. No question was too small or silly. They provided us with all the information and detail we needed. They corrected mistakes as soon as they were pointed out.

It was very well organised and tailored to suit us. We travelled to Peru, Argentina and Brazil. Local guides and private tours made our experiences memorable.

Efficient, quick to respond to our needs and obviously keen for us to have the best holiday.

JLA provided us with a personalised itinerary to explore key places in Peru. The trip was well planned to allow for acclimatisation to altitude. Hotels were excellent and well located and we visited amazing places, Arequipa, Colca canyon, lake Titikaka, Cusco, Sacred valley, Machu Pichu, and Amazon Rainforest.

JLA are outstanding. very knowledgeable about the places we were visiting. helpful and responded to queries. Their links with local agents are excellent and all arrangements were completed without fail.

Group tour weaverbird colombia 2 weeks then to Galápagos Islands for a week,. After that a couple weeks in Nicaragua before flying to Yucatan for self drive 10 days.

They are amazing. I wouldn't go to central or South America with any other . This is the second time we've used them. They are a responsible tour operator that fits with our principles of supporting local business. The hotels are small independents and the guides all local. Everything is very effienctly done and my husband and I felt safe in their hands

The tour covered Cuba from east to west taking in many of the historical sites

The tour was selected to give a genuine feel of Cuba and this was achieved. all arrangements were good with no disruption or difficulties encountered.

The Galápagos are a unique destination and did not fail to impress. Each day was different, each island was different. And this so much to see. Ecuador also was good, but wet a lot of the time, we had some very good experiences though.

The service was professional and very friendly. They always made time to answer each question thoroughly and we're most reassuring. They had recent in depth knowledge of the area. The tour leader in Ecuador was great, knowledgable, available but never intrusive.

All transfers, usually by taxi, and all accommodation was arranged by JLA. Everything worked beautifully. The schedule was Havana-Vinales-Cienfuegos-Trinidad-Kamaguey-Santiago de Cuba-Baracoa-Havana. Three homestays and four hotels. Wherever we went, the two of us did our own thing: a few local excursions, searching out the music and dancing, exploring. Wonderful country with lovely people and we tried to take it all in, wishing them all the best.

Journey Latin America know this part of the world inside out. It is easy to discuss your dreams and wishes with them and they will put together a proposal along those lines. This procedure has worked wonderfully well for me on three occasions and this trip was just what we had hoped for. Exciting AND smooth.

We travelled extensively throughout Argentina and Chile for 3.5 weeks taking 8 internal flights. We went from Iguazu in the North through to Patagonia in the South. it was all outstanding. We can't praise JLA enough for their planning and execution.

Visited Bogota and around, Cartagena, Medillin and the coffee country of Colombia. Very well planned trip with excellent connections, lovely accomodation, very good, professional and helpful local guides. Really loved the country, helped a lot by the arrangements working so well.

Journey Latin -'America came up with the perfect itinerary, very much personalised for us. At a late stage we made some changes which they coped with extremely efficiently and flexibly. Fantastic trip. I will book with them again.
