JLA .. I was travelling solo and cannot fault the help, advice and suggestions I was given.

A 2 week visit to Chile with internal flights and day excursions.

Terrible experience on our outbound business class flights where Journey Latin America failed to inform us of 2 flight changes which meant we had a very stressful and unnecessarily difficult journey. Had we not run 15 minutes flat across Amsterdam airport we would have missed our connection and our holiday would have been ruined. Their handling of our consequent complaint was poor. Several other issues with the trip planning, including a lack of attention to detail and duty of care for us as clients. Very disappointed in Journey Latin America for what was a very expensive (£20k) holiday. Won't use again.

Journey Latin America - meant to specialise in trips to South America. We found the quality of the service they delivered to be poor, particularly given the cost of the holiday.

A part organised and part individually planned holiday to Brazil, Argentina and Chie

Kept in touch and gave us lots of advice based on clear knowledge of the regions.

An interesting exploration of the coastal region of Uruguay (Montevideo, Colonia and Jose Ignacio), Iguazu Falls and the amazing scenery in the Salta-Cachi-Cafayate region of Argentina, staying in some lovely boutique hotels with plenty of food and wine!

Journey Latin America did a great job helping us plan and execute the holiday, including coordinating a number of internal flights given the distances between locations. They provided knowledgeable advice and were quick to respond to our queries both before and during the trip.

Our first visit to the country, visiting Buenos Aires, the glaciers in Patagonia, Bariloche and ending with a wi e tour around Mendoza (sourced separately through a London wine tour specialist we have used before) ,

From drawing up an itinerary through booking flights, transfers, hotels, just excellent. A most useful app too.

A very well organised trip to Costa Rica. Trip organised by JLA in the UK and backed up by superb ground staff in Costa Rica.

We were looked after very well by Lina Fuller. Her experience helped create a holiday that seemed slightly different to the other holiday makers that we met on our travels in Costa Rica.

We travelled through Patagonia and saw scenery and sites that we could not have imagined. The people and the variety made for an utterly memorable experience. It’s more than a holiday.

JLA made sure all that needed to happen did. And inevitable hiccups were sorted without fuss. Every location was of real interest and our dip into the Andes was fascinating.

We spent three weeks in South America, travelling from Buenos Aires to Ushuaia, through El Calafate, El Chalten and the Torres del Paine National Park in Chile. We even managed a trip to Colonia in Uruguay. Sophie, our agent at JLA listened to our wishes and put together an excellent itinerary with just the right amount of time in each area. Our plans we almost disrupted by an airline national strike however Sophie was able to sort everything on our behalf and we were able to enjoy our holiday without any worries. Accommodation was very good and transfers and internal travel arrangements went without a hitch. A wonderful holiday in a beautiful part of the world.

See above. Sophie Barbour was very responsive, offered us helpful advice and put together an excellent itinerary. She always responded quickly to any queries. both before and during our trip. I would recommend her to anyone.
