a wonderful time walking around Dubrovnik, & visiting local islands. also a great trip to Montenegro & a tour of Kottor, their walled city. accommodation @ Casa Toni, just outside Dubrovnik city walls, was excellent, very clean & a substantial amount of welcome food for us!

all arrangements went smoothly, transfers excellent.

travel with monarch, had excellent flight. hotel Croatia in cavtat whilst being the largest hotel we have stayed at, was really good. Plenty of space for all to sit and swim. we were only B&B but the choices for breakfast were the best I have encountered. Bedrooms were really clean and spacious. I could not find anby faults with hotel. Cavtat was beautiful with lots of lovely resturants, lots of history and walks. We visited Cipoli and Dubrovnick, both were old towns with fancinating history attached to them. this was our first visit to Croatia and will not be our last.

We did not meet our rep who was on behalf of Prestige as he had arranged our meet n greet @ 9.00. As we only got to hotel at 11.00 previous night it was far to early. As we had done our own research on what we wanted to do and where to go we did not feel we missed anything. Hotel staff helped to answer any queries we had about transport/place to visit/directions

We have just come back from 11 nights staying at Rovinj, Istria, Croatia. Rovinj is a beautiful old town with a lovely harbour. We stayed in the Arupinum Hotel, which was about 10 minutes walk from the harbour. There are plenty of restaurants in the town and we had very good food in the ones we went in. The Hotel was an excellent hotel - staff very friendly and helpful, a good location, room very comfortable and large with a bath and separate shower and a balcony. We ate 3 times at the hotel restaurant. This was again excellent - very good, friendly service and very good food. We very highly recommend this hotel. Istria is a lovely region - lovely countryside and interesting hill top towns to explore.

We booked with Prestige through a local travel agent. All the arrangements for our holiday went to plan and we have no complaints whatsoever - we are very happy and would book with Prestige again.

Arrived in Verona tired and depressed after a delayed flight from Manchester (fog!). It was absolutely pouring down. Why did we come? We soon found out. The spotless mercedes and its driver were waiting for us and the cheerful driver assured us that the sun would re-appear. The receptionist at the Hotel du Parc et du Lac in Riva was friendly and efficient and we soon began to feel in holiday mood. Our room was exactly as we had ordered with great views of the outstanding park and the mountains. After this everything was as near perfect as possible. My only criticism is that dinner was a buffet meal - a personal dislike.-I prefer waiter service. All the arrangements made by Prestige Holidays could not be faulted.

Prestige Holidays were recommended to us by a couple we met in Hotel Botanico, (Tenerife) earlier in the year. From our first contact by email, through several telephone calls to our return home all arrangements were completely satisfactory and we were very pleased that we had booked through this company.

Booking was easy through World Span Travel, where the agent really worked for us to get us the best deal. On arrival at the airport (TFS) we were met by a Prestige resort representative who ensured our transit to the hotel was efficient and smooth. Stayed at the Cleopatra Palace in a sea view room. Overall experience with the hotel and resort was positive. Would stay there again. The new beach is excellent and there were plenty of good, resonably priced places to eat. On our arrival back ar TFS for return, met at the taxi by another Prestige rep who stayed with us through bag drop and advised us of our delay. Our dealings with the Prestige staff was very good and would generally recommend the company's service.

The Hotel Bozica, Sipan Island was a peaceful, beautiful tranquil holiday. The views were breathtaking, and I re-discovered a love of snorkelling. The transfers were outstanding and the car was waiting as soon as I arrived at Dubrovnic, with a tour to start my holiday. The speed boat transfer to the island made me feel like a film star and was exhilarating. My bags were taken to my room and the reception staff were extremely helpful. My rool had stunning views of the sea. The hotel staff were extremely helpful. The Island was un-spoilt and the sea water was crystal clear. There were plenty of loungers and the atmosphere was relaxing. I hope I can return to my paradise soon. Thank you! xxxxx

Everything was well organised and went smoothly. The flights, transfers, hotel were brilliant. The book that arrived with the travel documents in also made me feel special. There were tickets to hand to the driver and boat driver- however the people in the car and boat and hotel were so trusting and knew me by name so these were not needed. Everything went like clockwork, I was so impressed. When I arrived at Dubrovnic airport the tour operator guide welcomed me, gave me a letter from a tour guide and took me to a car. The car transfer was amazing, air conditioning and a fantastic view. The transfer to the boat worked like clockwork. The Croatian people were so obliging and polite. Thank you Prestige.

Very good value for money. Excellent Travel Rep in Croatia. Everything was very good - rooms, food, facilities, staff helpfulness, booking experience. I particularly appreciated the hotel's efforts in looking after my dairy-free 11 year old.

We had a 6 day holiday on the island of Madeira staying in a superb boutique hotel

Exemplary service from start to finish. easy to use web site, good information which was all accurate. Followed up with phone call and emails. It was all very easy and a good price compared to what was on offer elsewhere.

Fabulous Hotel Mlini in a pretty village on the Dalmation Coast about 10k from Dubrovnik. Dubrovnik was easily accessible by boat from Mlini harbour. Staff at the hotel were so friendly & helpful at all times. It was a lovely holiday to celebrate our 35th wedding anniversary.

Excellent, definitely a holiday experience of the highest quality.

At Cala Fornells in Majorca. Everything nicely arranged for us, looked after at every point, pleasant hotel, nothing too fancy, friendly staff, decent food, delightful cove, came back rested and refreshed
