JO Baldwin from Travel counsellors booked our holiday to Croatia for July 2017. Booked a beautiful hotel in Pula over looking the Adriatic, food was amazing and the people are so friendly and accommodating. Could not fault the holiday at all, looking forward to booking our next visit to Croatia with Jo next year

first time to Croatia and it was as good as all the tales we had heard. Local food and wine was great, the town, Supetar on Brac island was very clean. All in all we had the relaxing break we needed.

We booked a fairly late holiday to Brac Island, Croatia and have to say that the whole experience was excellent. We were met at Split airport by a representative taken to our ferry, met again and taken to our hotel. The rep that we met at the hotel was local and able to provide lots of knowledge and recommendations and the organised trip to a national park was faultless. We rarely take part in organised trips or pay much heed to reps as we don't like the full on pushy approach, the staff we dealt with on this holiday we're some of the best ever encountered.

Had a wonderful two centre holiday in Croatia organised by Prestige travel. From tranfers in private luxury vehicles to excellent quality hotels. Ideally situated where we wanted to be. Only downside is the building work still in progress at the Olympia Hotel in Vodice- disappointed as informed this work should have been finished when we arrived. Even tho woke up early in the morning with noisy machinery working, we didn't let it spoil our holiday. Hotel Coronoro in Split was great location and excellent boutique style hotel. Breakfast was amazing, nothing too much trouble. All in all would definitely use Prestige holidays again

For one reason or another i have not been away on holiday for 14 years. I have had a very stressful last year and wanted to have everything organised for me and decided to book with a person and not rely on an online service. I would highly recommend Prestige Holidays and the service they provided such as the little touches like a cold bottle of water handed to me on arrival in sweltering heat, and escorting me and my wife through the airport on my return journey. Very pretty resort, everything we hoped it would be

Efficient and well organised

Very friendly, clean hotel. Town was beautiful. English was not spoken, it would be good to have menus with translation in restaurants.

We did not see a rep from start to finish of the holiday. We don't usually bother with reps but as locals do not speak English it would have been good to have had some info. We were picked up by a driver with our name on a board, he was rather surly and the car was grubby and smelled. It was up to us to ask the hotelliers about our departure details, gthey hadn't organised the car (this was 2 days before departure) but they did get on to it when we asked them. The hotelliers were lovely and it was lucky that the owners wife had a little English. The room was immaculate and the food was excellent, served by very sweet waiters. On the whole we had a lovely holiday.

An old village, Bol, on the island of Brac in Croatia. Tastefully preserved, but much money spent to give it all the things holidaymakers old and young might seek. Very clean, friendly, helpful - both the resort, the beaches, and the Hotel Kastil.

Booking easy enough although their website could be improved. In order to check in up to 30 days before departure, you do need the flight reference ! The arrangements to get us from Split airport to the Hotel (taxi - ferry - taxi) were superb. Their local rep. was pleasant but somewhat vague about how we would get back to Split airport. Could be bus from the bus station or from a road way above the village (roadworks were preventing busses reaching the village at that time). The thought of tugging suitcases a mile or two up a hillside did not appeal so we assumed an itinerary would be slipped under our room door. This did not happen and it was hotel reception who finally (abt. 7pm the evening before our 6am departure) who chased Elite (the local rep) for tickets on the fast ferry from Bol to Split. Thereafter, arrangements were very good again.
