On this occasion we went to Malta. Prestige always make the experience very pleasant. We were met at the airport by a large limo that made us feel very special! It always so much nicer having an individual transfer to the hotel and being met and cossetted. We stayed at the Westin Dragonara Resort hotel in St Julians. A very nice hotel where the staff were absolutely lovely and nothing was too much trouble. Very nice comfortable room with a lovely view on 7th floor. Sleep quality was good and the room was well soundproofed. There is a dive centre on site which is just what we wanted as we both dive, but in truth the diving in Malta isn't that wonderful although the dive centre itself was first class. We went B&B as there are loads of good eating places all around and very nearby. The only minor criticism of the hotel was that it also catered for a lot of business events and the entertainment was rather non existent, nor were there any decent film channels on the TV. Other than that Prestige did us proud - as usual.

See above. In addition even mall details are looked after. The nice travel wallet comes with several smart luggage labels and a very thoughtful touch is a key ring with a luggage trolley token. They really do try to think of everything. Although on this occasion a representative at the hotel was not in evidence.

Our fourth visit to Quinta Casa Branca arranged through Wexas Travel and Prestige Holidays,all have been excellent and we will be returning next year. This one was a little different with the airport closing on our return day due to high winds but the service provided by Isabel Faria and Moises was outstanding. Isabel was immediately on the phone to me saying keep in touch and any help needed just ask. When the flight was cancelled after four hours at the airport she arranged for transfer with the wonderful Moises back to the Quinta Casa Branca where we enjoyed another wonderful day while Isabel keeping in touch and following up with the airport and carrier then transferring us back with a guaranteed time and return flight home. Thank you Isabel and Moises and we look forward to seeing you again next year Ray & Jennifer Sams

Hotel site was perfect right on the lake with wonderful views of the lake and area, could not ask for better location. Staff, food and service could be better, expected more from a 5 star hotel.

Every thing ran to time, flights, transfers, tours etc and the tour rep was wonderful told us every thing we needed to know.

A well needed rest for two, superb support and transfers, beautiful grounds at grand family home resort with splendid well-run facilities and great cuisine.

We have just returned from a week in Taormina Sicily with Prestige Holidays booked through our local travel agent Freedom Travel. We were picked up at the airport by a driver & taken to our hotel Capotaormina. The look of the outside of the hotel is outdated, however the position of this hotel is excellent. To reach the beach you walk through an opening in the rock face. To access the pool you walk through a cave under the hotel. The terraces have amazing views out towards Mount Etna & Gardini Naxos. Our room was comfortable with both a sea & garden view. There was adequate entertainment laid on most evenings. The staff were attentive & extremely professional at all times. The choice of food at breakfast was superb, the restaurant food was of a high standard. There is plenty to do in Taormina itself, a trip to the amphitheatre was very enjoyable. The trip organised for us through the rep to Mount Etna was very good, we saw a lot more of the surrounding areas. I would highly recommend Prestige Holidays.

High standards, courteous & attentive

10 Days in the Royal Princess Hotel in Dubrovnik, Croatia. Friendly greeting and layout of the Hotel explained and shown into a seaview suite. Everywhere kept spotlessly clean and uncluttered.Breakfasts were excellent with a variety of cereals, fruits and hot dishes as well as cold meats and cheeses etc. The saunas, steam room, pool area and gym were all well maintained and again kept very clean and tidy. Entry to the nearest beach was a bit precarious as part of what was presumably a concrete platform had broken up, but there were other steps down into the sea in the shared facility with other hotels in the resort. Plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas on the terraces leading down to the local beach.

All arrangements went smoothly. Met at the airport even through the flight was delayed. Friendly and informative drivers both ways. Good local information provided with town and resort maps. Organised trips were good with comfortable transport and good choices of places to visit.

Easyjet flights from Bristol to Catania, car hire with hotels at three separate destinations in Sicily.

Everything was organised including fllght check-ins, comprehensive car insurance and hotel bookings. A map was provided with directions to each destination and there was local representative support if needed. Booking handled very well by Fred Olsen Travel Agents.

The location and hotel were as the description in the brochure. Beautiful location which we will certainly be re-visiting in the near future. Shame about the weather though. Would recommend this destination and holiday company to friends.

Provided all the information we required at the appropriate times. Never met the rep on site as there was no need to.

We sought advice from our local travel agent and having decided on Croatia they helped us with deciding on the tour operator, resort and the hotel. Flew with EasyJet which was fine, private transfer was on time and very friendly. Good choice of hotel, The Lone, which we have to say was really good. All in all a good holiday with everything organised well.

Recommended by our travel agent Prestige provided all we needed for our hoilday from advice, information and all paperwork/tickets on time. We have used the company before and again had no problems.

Our second trip to Malta included our first visit to Gozo. Hotels on both islands were very good indeed and the range of first class restaurants in Valletta was impressive. We enjoyed the excellent blend of relaxation, history and culture and there is plenty left to to experience on our next trip.

Prestige delivered everything we required and, despite a 4 hour flight delay, the local agents performed very well.
