good solid reliable travel company,responsive to suggestions and very generous when things go wrong

Beautiful hotel in lovely setting on hill top.accomodation very good ,staff very professional,charming and very hard working.great food.I am coeliac and had the best paining ever.would like to bring hotel and staff home with me.

Prestige were very helpful ,answered all pretty holiday queries,provided great directions to hotel .when we arrived at hotel we had a welcome latter and phone call next day.very happy with organisation.

The hotel was superb but it was the staff that made the holiday. The porters reception the bar and restaurant staff and the guys and girls on the beach were brilliant. After a long time wait for the right holiday, we chose plaza hotel in Omis, Croatia, for the early start to the season, there were still plenty to see and do. The weather took us by surprise as we sincerely enjoyed 10 days of sunny and warm weather, the food in hotel was out of this world with so much to choose from each day. Prestige Holidays were well informative at the start of holiday, the transfers from the airport to the hotel were very good, had welcome card handed to me at the airport, all went to plan when arrived at hotel, found our room ok, the following morning (sunday) we had the tour representative attend BUT because, we were the only couple staying at the hotel there was not much in way of extersions we had to find our way around croatia, luckly this simple enough to do.

We went to the Scilly Isles for a weeks painting holiday. Visiting all the main islands. To spend relaxing days painting and socialising in beautiful surroundings.

She was always helpful when I needed to contact her and easy to contact in person.

Easter week break in Adeje. Met at airport by rep. Who took us to a taxi and then to our Hotel. No waiting around and long bus transfers ...great. Everything ok at hotel and enjoyed break with a taxi back to airport and rep. Helping us through. All in all good time.

No complaints. Seating reservation on plane difficult to arrange due to internet problems. Rep in Teneriffe ...Excellent.

We were looking for a relaxing location with sun and the opportunity to do some walking. Relatively unspoilt La Gomera did not disappoint. The Parador Hotel was wonderful. Don't expect full facilities, just comfortable Spanish old style rooms, stunning location and excellent food

Can't fault Prestige in any way. Our booking was made on one cold, damp Sunday afternoon. Within half an hour of booking on line we received an impressive and reassuring courtesy phone call. Prestige's website is very clear and informative. Everything we experienced was exactly as described. The timely information we received by post was very informative and comprehensive. On the one occasion we had to phone back with our insurance details we got straight through to someone who accessed our booking details immediately. First rate customer service

Stayed at Es Moli hotel, which was fine apart from two concerns. 1. We specifically asked for a balcony room with a good view, but were given a room over the kitchen area looking at a large tree 2. Room only had a walk in shower and no bath. This appears to reflect the majority of rooms Tour operator fantastic. Very customer focussed and even helped with a problem when we got home regarding a loss of a valuable item whilst going through security at Palma airport

booking with Prestige holidays was very easy. They were very informative and the holiday descriptions were very accurate. Car pick ups were very prompt with very comfortable cars. we stayed at Villa Carlotta, about 5 minutes walk out of town. This hotel was a superb boutique style hotel. Pretty good rooms, nice sea views. The breakfasts were excellent and varied with hot and cold fare. The hotel staff throughout were extremely friendly. I would highly recommend
