Flights through jet2 good,reception at airport efficient and speedy,Hotel very attractive and hotel staff superb.Sadly all let down by Prestige staff who clearly do not check the housekeeping of the hotel rooms they recommend to their clients who lets be straight pay a premium to Prestige for just such a service.We had a number of minor problems with the room such as broken tiles,blocked sink, telephone not working,hair dryer burning,all dealt with quickly by the hotel but had prestige ground staff occasionally checked the rooms then probably would not have been experienced by clients.When we reported the above to Mr Dixon we initially did Not get a response then one arrived which skimmed over the problems and basically showed his abject disinterest in anything other than compliments . Picked Hacienda de Abajo in La Palma as a quiet relaxing destination for one week's warmth. It did just that in a lovely setting. Not much to do in Tazacorte but one week was perfect. Hotel offered great food, super service and lovely room.Shame there wasn't enough room or loungers around the pool so unable to take the sun at times.

Got our requirements right and informed us of flight time changes promptly.

My wife and I travelled to La Gomera, with Prestige Holidays, the first time we had used this operator. Specific comment must be made on Nicki Gormley, their Representative, who, although not specifically required for any issues, was extremely courteous, attentive, and supportive, throughout the holiday. La Gomera was a quite wonderful experience, thanks to Prestige Holidays.

Everything went extremely well, no hitches at all. Maxine and Jean looked after us at the airport and we were soon on our way to the hotel and led through check in very quickly and efficiently. Wonderful staff.

Head office answered queries promptly and in detail. Although outward flight was delayed (4 hours) due to fog the reps in Morroco were waiting for us with a smile Nothing was too much trouble either for the hotel or the local rep. Came back feeling pamperred

For us, perfect. After a short flight from our local airport, we were welcomed at Palma by Jean, the company rep, who couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. A short private transfer took us to our hotel which was wonderful - no complaints at all. The location, with a small beach just across a quiet road, was ideal for us as we are an elderly couple and not keen on walking too far in the heat! We were so pleased with the whole experience that we have already booked to repeat it in 2017.

We booked a two centre holiday based on hotels selected from the Prestige brochure. We were also advised to hire a car. We had never been to Sicily before, and everything worked very well. We had 3 nights in Scicli, with great westher, and superb sightseeing, especially Syracusa. We then had 4 nights in Giardini Naxos. Here the hotel was good, but the resort not to our taste. However, we travelled to Taormina and Mount Etna, and had a good time.

We had a tour rep in both Scicli and Giardini Naxos, who were both very helpful. The booking advice for hotel, flights and car hire was spot on in conjunction with Coop Travel). No complaints.

every thing was great from landing in Portugal the limo to the hotel,reception the room was so big clean and a great bed the grounds were very well maintained also the beach was super we had a super time many thx to all

A wonderful island, perfect for a late autumn break. Sunny days, Unesco World Heritage Sites, Mount Etna, beautiful coastline and heavenly food and wine. A well organised holiday that took us to South East Sicily, all transfers, car hire and hotel bookings worked like clockwork. Great hotels, The Ashbee in Taormina and the Novecento in Scicli, made us so welcome and comfortable. To start the day sitting in the sunshine on the hotel terrace eating breakfast whilst overlooking the bay, who could want more? We were so happy there we began to look in estate agent windows! If you love Italy, if you love beauty and good food and wine and fabulous shoes and fashion and charming towns and friendly people, then this is the place for you.

Prestige holidays put a holiday together and recommended hotels and locations it would have taken us a long time to put together ourselves. The whole experience was utterly stress free from our initial phone call to the travel agent, to considering our options and the holiday itself. Very well chosen and well organised, but of course you do pay for it, it certainly wasn't cheap.

We spent a week in Madeira, at the Porto Santa Maria. Hotel was lovely, food very good, airport taxi - organised by Prestige - on time and very efficient, friendly driver. Flew with Jet 2, good flights in both directions. Can't fault this trip, and the weather was good too!
