We fell in love with Vietnam
Choosing Experience Travel Group to organize our vacation to Vietnam was the best decision, as our vacation was perfectly organized, all transfers were very smooth and we were very well looked after (3 cities, 2 boat cruises, 2 internal flights). We have seen so many nice places, met great people and had the most amazing food. We fell in love with Vietnam, the Vietnamese people are so friendly and charming and the country is beautiful. All the tours that were fitted in our vacation program were magnificent (cycling and street food tour in Hanoi, Ha Long cruise, HoiAn, Vespa tour Saigon at night, Mekong Delta), all the locations we visited won our hearts and at the end of our vacation we just didn’t want to leave. We loved it! It certainly was our best vacation so far.
Rating for tour operator:Destination Asia did a great job in looking after us throughout our vacation and making sure our program runs smoothly. We had so many things packed it, and each experience was delightful, thrilling, enriching, touching, charming due to our guides, who did their best to show us real Vietnam. Big thank you to all our guides, and special thanks to our Hanoi guide.
So pleased to hear. Thank you talking the time to leave us such positive feedback!
Eye opening trip to Cambodia
We spent 6 days exploring Cambodia with the help of Experience Travel. They organised the whole trip - flights, hotels and guides and drivers. We visited ancient temples and floating villages in Siem Reap which were impressive - and the genocide museum, the killing fields and the Royal Palace in Phnom Penh. Cambodia has suffered hugely in recent decades - we knew very little of the political history before we went. Their experience has been ...

Cambodia has suffered hugely in recent decades - we knew very little of the political history before we went. Their experience has been devastating - not pleasant - we are glad we now know more about it The Cambodian people were very friendly and welcoming - hotels provide great service and guides are knowledgeable and informative. A great holiday
Rating for tour operator:Very efficient - all went smoothly

We wanted a mix of culture, adventure and relaxation from our trip, and Experience Travel arranged a great programme with all of these, from cooking school and an art tour to quad biking and cycling at Ankor Wat. All four of us went on a Vespa tour in Ho Chi Minh, which was real highlight, and took us on an adventurous food tour, ending in the V'Ung coffee lounge with live singers. It was just what we had wanted!
Rating for tour operator:Experience Travel were really helpful and liaised closely with us before we left, so we felt very secure. The local arrangements were excellent, and all the activities we did were very well organised. We stayed in some lovely hotels, being able to choose from a range beforehand.
Thank you very much for your kind words Jane, i am so glad that you enjoyed your holiday and that the kids managed to get to Thailand!
I will look forward to hearing from you soon.

Hi Lynne,
Thanks so much for your feedback, I'm glad you enjoyed the trip!
Best,

Excellent organisation, well delivered by Experience Travel and there local agencies.
From the time we arrived at Heathrow to returning we were cosseted and treated like the old folk we are. There were times we felt a little too well looked after but travelling in Cambodia, Laos and Vietnam we knew we were safe and able to enjoy all that was offered.

Incredible Honeymoon in Sri Lanka
We spent an outstanding 2.5 weeks of honeymoon in Sri Lanka, staying in 5 different hotels. The trip was truly a holiday of a lifetime. From relaxing on a beautiful empty beach, to the luscious tea countryside and on into the fascinating cultural triangle, it had everything we could've wished for. And every step of the way, the friendliest people and world class service. We really can't recommend the place enough. Our only issue: Emirates handled ...

Rating for tour operator:Experience travel were truly outstanding in their assistance in booking our honeymoon. You need experts for this expensive a trip - and they have bucketloads of experience and local knowlegde. They listened to us, put together a great package at a great price, adjusted the bits we were less keen on and worked with us during a super busy time to build our dream holiday. Matt, Sam and the team were first class and we really really can't thank them enough for an incredible time. We would completely recommend them to anyone looking to visit South East Asia, especially Sri Lanka. Thanks guys!
Hi both,
That's fantastic news - thanks so much for taking the time to give us such a positive referral!
All the best for your future married life - look forward to seeing you again!

A wonderful diverse experience
Started off in Negombo for 2 days at the Wallawwa to recuperate from flight. Drove to Tea Trails - Norwood for a wonderful sublime experience. Visited Norwood tea factory for a tour with the manager of Tea Trails. Train ride from Hatton to Haputale and then a night's stay at Kelburne View with the most outstanding views and pretty gardens. Visited Norwood tea factory for a tour with the manager of Tea Trails. Train ride from Hatton to Haputale and then a night's stay at Kelburne View with the most outstanding views and pretty gardens. On to Yala for a 2 day stay at Kul safaris. Wonderful experience - great staff. Then off to South Coast to The Last House which was probably our favourite hotel. Beautiful decor, food and beach. Then on to Aditya - lovely location, elegant, good distance from Galle Fort. Beach lovely but lots of litter which deterred you from walking along it. Finally a night at Lunguganga - lovely house and gardens, but I would not recommend staying in Cinnamon Hill - Damp and musty in April - Not really fit to stay in. Fortunately upgraded to main house otherwise I think I might have foiund alternative accommodation!
Rating for tour operator:Some teething problems due to a change in staff. Our replacement was friendly but did not have the knowledge of our original tour rep and there a few mistakes that I had to keep on following up in our itinerary.
Dear Clare,
Thank you for returning to travel with us and I am very glad you had a great holiday. I am sorry you experienced teething problems in the transition from one consultant to another once Harriet left. The service should be seamless and we shall follow up on this to ensure this is the case next time. I'll contact you privately too.
We look forward to seeing you again.
Kind regards,
Sam
