We really enjoyed our experience of Lourdes, especially knowing we were following in the footsteps of Our Blessed Lady of Lourdes.

Came to hotel most days to tell us the programme for the following day. Was very informative on trip to Gavarnie. However made a decision to wait one hour plus for one person who did not return for the coach back. As a result were late for dinner and very rushed for the evening bereavement service. Overall very pleasant and helpful.

Tangney Tours are consistently accommodating and provided everything I personally required with regard to travel and hotel requirements.

Bedroom shabby needs updating to standard of bathroom Dining room beautiful but food poor. I ate out a lot. I was told I couldn’t do bed and breakfast but met other pilgrims who were.Balcony pathetic one shabby plastic chair no table. No mini bar

Never saw them

A beautiful Sacred Holy place Louders, in the pyrenees, what a spiritual, enlightned journey, devotional and restful, full of calm. The Hotel was perfect, the food good, flight times amazing. Length of time 5 days Monday - Friday just right.

He was amazing, came every day to ensure we were being looked after and all our needs were met. Was also at the Airport.

I went on the Diocese of Westminster's annual Lourdes Pilgrimage. The whole experience was very smooth, from meeting at the departure airport to the flight, hotel stay and return. It was very well organised, especially considering there were almost 800 pilgrims in our group!

I appreciated the little green envelopes containing all the information for my trip being delivered to my house, It was a great personal touch and felt very special! The Tangney Tours representatives were always so obliging and helpful, they clearly know what they are doing! I would definitely travel with them again.

This pilgrimage was so important to me, My brother died the day before departure but It was so I was grateful for the loving care I received from Tangney reps in Lourdes
