First class care as always

Pilgrimage to Lourdes for Feast of Our Lady of Lourdes. Joined pilgrimage on a ground only basis as flew from Scotland rather than Heathrow. Well organised airport transfers and well positioned accommodation at Eliseo. Excellent service in restaurant and bar, comfortable rooms and facilities. Hotel recently renovated to a high standard.

Tangney Tours provided us with well organised transfers, detailed itinerary with optional attendance at services. Georgia travelled with us to and from airport and attended some services. Apologies cannot recall other girls name (Irish) who visited hotel daily at dinner to outline timetable and activities for day ahead. Both were extremely pleasant, professional and informative throughout.

Well organised and helpful

It was a short 2 day break flying from Stansted to Tarbes airport and a 2 day complete hotel package at the sanctuary. It was superbly organised so that we had nothing to worry about and coud just enjoy the short but meaningful time that we were there.

We were met at Tarbes airport and had the services of a company representative the whole time that we were there. We felt well looked after and informed of everything that was happening.

Everything was perfect except the weather

Once again my wife and I went to Lourdes in 2024 and stayed at the Accueil Marie St Frai as we are both wheelchair users in our late 80's. From start to finish we were well looked after. I hope that this encourages any would be pilgrim to consider going despite any infirmity. We are looking forward to receiving our application forms for 2025.

Tangney Tours have been the tour operator for the Hexham and Newcastle Pilgrimage to Lourdes for many years and pilgrims return year after year which shows they are happy with the service provided
