It was my first experience going to Pilgrimage. I very much enjoyed travelling with Tangney tours as they provided all that was needed and will happily travel with them again.

Very helpful and understanding

We went on a pilgrimage to Lourdes in France organized by English Martyrs Parish in Reading. All the travel arrangements were done by Tangney Tours. The whole travel was meticulously planned and very well executed from start to finish.

The arrangements were excellent, the hotel was clean, conveniently located, with very good facilities, the room service was very good. The three tour guides we met were very Knowledgeable, pleasant, and always there for any issues to resolve.

This was a very Spiritual Experience for me. The organisation of the tour was fine, and the tour reps were very knowledgeable and cared well for all the different abilities in the party. The food and dining arrangements in the hotel were very good, but the only negative was the rooms were very small, including the en-suite bathroom.

Good organisational skills with reps meeting us at the appointed places and the correct times.

A pilgrimage to Lourdes by air from Stansted to Lourdes with 4*accommodation full board with a group of other pilgrims. The flight was well organised and the Hotel room was excellent. The food was good but as I suffer from an intolerance, this was not respected all the time otherwise it would have been excellent . But overall this did not detract from the experience. The time we spent in Lourdes was heavenly. Everything we needed was there for us given our disabilities.

Attention to our needs as customers and as disabled pilgrims was second to none. There was a highly competent agent on hand to see us through to boarding, flying, disembarking, arriving at our hotel and booking in with meals available as soon as we arrived. The same was true for the return journey. Our comfort was always taken care of.

It was a medical mission more than holiday but Tangney personnel were there for every holiday component.

Was impressed that our tour operator was much in evidence during our week away in Lourdes

Hotel was clean and staff were friendly. Coordinator from your team was excellent. She was caring and supportive in every way possible. Flight was comfortable as it can be.

She was so helpful. She came to the hotel to check on us, showed us around and answered any questions. She was friendly, professional and experienced.

Travel details were clear and well organised. Guide in Lourdes was helpful friendly and took the time to chat with the pilgrims

Good well organised

The hotel was very good with comfortable rooms (although I would have expected to have tea/coffee making items in the room for the price I paid), a working air con and a good bathroom. Meals were very good and staff were excellent: friendly yet professional. The place itself was amazing and there was so much to do - the book we were given was a great help. I would like to go again to Lourdes but probably in a couple of years. It was a special experience for me.

Paul and Josh were great: available and always making sure everyone was okay. Pick ups were on time and drivers were very good.
