Stress free travel on EURO star both ways. Followed by a coach trip through very heavy traffic to Notre Dame where we enjoyed a whistle stop tour of this beautiful Cathedral and then on to Sacre Coeur Cathedral where we attended Holy Mass On our return journey to Gare du Nord St. we paid a brief stop close to the Eiffel Tower for photographs etc.. Thanks to John Tangney and his team for a lovely day in Paris. Thanks also to our coach driver Andrew.

Tangney Tours

It was a day trip to Paris to see the newly restored Notre Dame Cathedral. Given the difficulties of moving around Paris by coach and the number of tourists doing the same thing, my experience was that it went very well. The Eurostar was on time and the coach was always on time picking us up from wherever we were.

They are a Catholic tour operator who specialise in visits to Catholic sites. I have been on several tours run by Tangney Tours and have always found them to be very good and well run.

We met early at Kings Cross St Pancras and were met by the tour guides. The train left on time and it was a smooth uneventful journey. Arriving in PAris there was a small delay while the coach was being located but once we were on the day continues. Traffic was heavy, but this is Paris so were a little delayed in arriving at our destination. The cathedral is amazing and very much worth the visit. We had a choice of staying with the group or doing our own thing which we did. We met the group at the station and traveled home arriving on time.

I have known this tour company since it's first days and have always found them to be professional and courteous. They know their destinations having carried out their own research and operate in a very efficient and friendly way toward their customers

Tangney Tours are always professional, organised and well read concerning the pilgrimage. From the initial enquiry to completion of the tour Tangney keep you informed and supply all information/ handouts/ flight/ hotel information reqd. We visited Lourdes 8th to 12th feb 2025 and the representatives were always on hand and approachable.

A pilgrimage. First time visit to Lourdes shrine. Well organised . Tour guides , approachable and very professional.

4 days pilgrimage to Lourdes. Very good and left to our own devices so we could choose which things to join in on the pilgrimage. I expected we would go to every event as a group but we didn’t.

Tangney tours. Bit disorganised on arrival at Lourdes airport. Organisation got better as time went on. The hotel was a bit basic and quite a distance from the grotto. Lovely staff in the the hotel.. I feel that the pilgrimage would have been better led with a priest and an organiser. Jodyine was lovely and very knowledgeable but not always with us. It was up to us as individuals to organise meeting up for events.

Tour to undertake the journey to Lourdes for the February Feast Day.

As usual the tour was well organised, with member of staff travelling with us. As expected the staff are always helpful, knowledgeable and accommodating.
