Flight out very early. Return flight better. Hotel OK. Disabled room did not suit one pilgrim due to poor lightingand inadequategrab rails. Picnic poor quality with long life sandwich made 2 1/2 months ago with one year expiry date.

Regular staff. Good knowledge of the area and of us. Unable to resolve some of our requests as the hotel not willing to accommodate them.

My husband and I travelled to Lourdes with the Welsh National Pilgrimage. Although having Visited Lourdes many times this was our first time to travel with this group. From start to finish every thing was wonderful, Airport, Hotel and everthing organised could not have been better. Thank you Tangney Tours and Our Blessed Lady for inviting us back. If I could just mention my husband is registered severely sighted/blind but he was treated like a King and at 87 it meant so much to both of us.

We have traveled with Tangney on several pilgrimages so have experience of them. They have never let us down and although not as active as we were owing to our advancing years we could not fault the care taken of us. Thank you Tangney.

Could not be better !

I have gone to Lourdes with Tangney's for the last 20 or so years as an adult Helper. The Pilgrimage as usual was an excellent spiritual and social experience, but the cost is too high and puts many people off going.

Tangney Tours run an efficient service - friendly and professional.

The reception was very rude, this is the first time that that I have been disappointed with tangney tours, in all the years I have been travelling with you. The hotel reception was very rude and not welcoming at all. After paying so much for this trip I was disappointed, there was a kettle in the room but not even a cup or teabag, the staff in the dining room was super, don’t know if I would be travelling with you again. The Eliseo hotel was very newly done only wish reception was as welcoming. We did not have as many tours as usual, only one to the lake and everything was closed.
