We spent ten days at the Excelsior Palace Hotel in Taormina with our friends. The rooms were clean, comfortable and spacious with balconies overlooking Etna. The hotel pool was positioned on a promontory with 300 degree views. It was well equipped with good bar and dining facilities (we lunched there twice) as well as plenty of sunbeds etc. We were pleasantly surprised to receive complementary evening meals in the excellent restaurant. We ate there six out of ten nights, visiting the best restaurants we could find on the other nights. Eating out in Taormina is expensive but there is an amazing range of bars, bistros and restaurants as well as other shops. The town has roman origins and has and plenty of antiquities to visit. We did two day trips organised through the Tour Manager, to Etna, followed by an excellent wine tasting and to Syracuse.

The tour operator was Prestige Holidays booked through Prestbury Travel. From start to finish it was a satisfying experience. The travel agent spent time searching out a package for two couples, travelling from opposite ends of the country, which worked very well. Prestige organisation was very good and nicely unobtrusive but delivered when you needed it. The private collection/drop-off at the airport worked well. We booked two private day trips through the local tour manager and were able to request the driver who had collected us as guide. He was a school teacher (history) with excellent English and therefore was the ideal guide. We would certainly recommend Prestige as a tour operator.

Week in Croatia, lovely hotel, well located and good service. Lots to see and do, and beautiful scenery. Highlights trip to Trogir old town, Krka National Park and speed boat trip from Baska Voda.

Perfect from start to finish, well apart from Ryanair’s 3 hour flight delay. Accommodation was faultless, Ta Cenc Hotel and Spa - Deluxe Juniour Suite. It was quiet and peaceful with lovely views of the cliffs and Malta and Comino. We have visited Gozo several times in the past but this was by far the best experience. Visited some of the familiar sites of Ta Pinu, Xlendi, Craft Village, Mgarr and Comino. Such a shame the Azure Window collapsed last year and that Comino is being turned into such a commercial enterprise.

Prestige Holidays were professional, well organised and definitely recommended for their customer service. They organised our onwards transportation, taxi, ferry and taxi with no issues. This made our transfer from East Midlands to Malta and onwards to Gozo a pleasurable experience. Accommodation was faultless, Ta Cenc Hotel and Spa - Deluxe Juniour Suite. Correspondence was easy to understand and full of information and we did not need to query anything.

It was our first visit to Sicily (though not to Italy) and we wanted a good hotel at reasonable cost, and that is what we got with Villa Belvedere. Taormina is a lovely town with spectacular views over the Bay and Mount Etna and plenty to do if you want or just a peaceful place for a restful break which is what we wanted.

The holiday and hotel description in the Prestige brochure/website was accurate and truthful and we got the room that we wanted and paid for. All arrangements were made without problem and as we used a local Travel agent they completed all the details for us which is the way we prefer to do it. If "hassle-free" is what you want that's the way to go! We will certainly use them again and would readily recommend to others.

Took a fly drive holiday, visiting 5 separate towns in Puglia. The hotels were really good all very different, but all well situated, either on the coast or in the centre of the old city. Mostly B & B, but when we ate in food was really good. The hotel staff were all very good and helpful but some more friendly than others

We went to Croatia ... a country we haven't been to before. The tour operator suggested that for a 10 day holiday we look at two sites ... Split and Cavtat. This was not something we had considered but I am soooo pleased we did this. Both hotels were absolutley brilliant and everything was better than stated ... all too often it is the other way round.

Prestige were fantastic. The paperwork provided in the lovely wallet, the transfers, the hotels everything was absolutely perfect and I really couldn't fault them.

Prestige organised a weeks activity holiday in Croatia, it was amazing, we were well looked after by the hotel and the Croatian people. All the activities were excellent, canoeing, white water rafting, mountain biking, kayaking and canyoning . All the guides were excellent and informative and the area is beautiful. the best family holiday we have had. We definitely want to go back to Croatia.

They organised the holiday as it was not in the brochure, very polite and efficient. We will definitely recommend Prestige and use them again.

On the recommendation of a local agent we booked a holiday to Croatia and Montenegro using Prestige, we chose our own flights and hotels and prestige took care of all the detail, arranging transportation from the airport and between countries. Everything worked perfectly.

Prestige handled all our bookings - flights, accommodation and transfers. A driver met us on arrival, another arrived on time to take us to our next hotel a week later, and then on the final day a driver arrived again as arranged. The company communicated with the hotels, who informed us of the detail, no need for us to worry or make calls. Everything worked like clockwork with high standards
