Spent a week in Zadar, Croatia, in the middle of October. Our flights, transfers and accommodation were all excellent. Zadar was a new destination for us and we thoroughly enjoyed every minute exploring the city. It is a very historic city with plenty of archaeological artefacts and museums as well as a great selection of restaurants, cafes and shops. We stayed in the centrally located Hotel Bastion and we would recommend it very highly, especially the friendly service and attention to detail by the staff.

The hotel was excellent and staff attentive and welcoming. Riva is stylish and enchanting and the lake views were stunning. We were blessed with great weather so all in all a very happy week.

Transfers to and from Verona were comfortable and punctual. We were rung punctually by the local agent.

A small ship, 30 guests , 9 crew made for a very personal experience, the ship was spotless wth the crew always busy keeping it so, yet ever ready to make conversation if approached

Efficient when it came to correspondence, all travel plans were correct and pretty well on time.

Stayed at La Palma in Canaries in Hacienda San Jorge. Superb hotel, staff, pool, gardens etc - nothing to be negative about. Prestige were very high quality and provided a second to none standard of service.

Booked through Miles Morgan but with Prestige holidays, my wife & I had a 2 centre holiday. First 4 days in Split, doing all the tourist stuff, then the rest of the fortnight in Hvar town being lazy with just a little sightseeing.

Prestige organisation of transfers etc were spot on, quick and on time. On our return Ferry times could have meant a long wait at Split airport which is in a real state of flux but, they had arranged for us to have a couple of hours in Split before heading out to the airport, even kept our luggage for the period. In resorts we saw the local rep as an introduction and you went force fed anything they were there if/when you needed which was great. the recommendations we did have were pretty good too. One improvement would have been to have at least an outline of the last days itinerary, then we could have been better prepared for our 2 hours in Split (and dressed appropriately too).

Four Centre Stay in Sicily - San Vito Lo Capo, Palermo, Ortigia in Syracuse, Taormina. San Vito Lo Capo - Relaxed small town in the north-west. Beachside location with plenty of bars and restaurants in Ghibli, renowned for cous-cous. Visit Erice, Scapello and Segesta. Palermo - join in the passagiata every evening for a slow meander along the streets taking in the city scene. Visit Monreale and Cefalu. Syracuse - stay on the island of Ortigia to be 'in the middle of things', old Italy at it's best! Visit the Archaeological Park, enjoy early evening drinks at the harbour, sunbathe on the Solarium. Taormina - a fascinating old town set between two gates, small streets filled with shops and a great atmosphere. Fabulous views from fantastic restaurants, Visit Mount Etna (take warm clothing) and the Teatro Antico (an evening performance is recommended, sit on the steps where ancient romans enjoyed 'games').

Prestige organised our four centre stay with ease. Informative staff who booked hotels, car hire and private transfers efficiently. Prestige provided a superb wallet of tickets, transfer notes and hotel vouchers - keeping everything together. Well recommended.

The accommodation was wonderful with fantastic views over the sea. The hotel staff were pleasant and friendly and we received really good service. The food was lovely with plenty of choice of fresh produce. In addition, the local representative was helpful and informative. All of this helped to provide a stimulating yet relaxing holiday.

The booking was handled quickly and efficiently. They offered us a choice of flights and provided very detailed pre-holiday information. Everything was organised with precision and on time. The resort representative was very helpful and informative.

Our flight out was nearly three hours late. On arrival at the hotel, at 01.30am, they had left some food for us which was thoughtful. The rooms were small but adequate, mattresses were far too hard, the room had a strong smell of cigarette smoke whenever we entered it. As non-smokers, an allocation of non-smoking rooms would have been good. We had a late departure but there was no provision for guests (day room, showers etc). Hotel staff seemed friendly.

The little contact we had before departure was straightforward although we had a few issues with the electronic attachments. The local rep, Ivan gave us plenty of local information which we made use of during our stay.

Travelling with friends we all felt that the resort offered everything we wanted on a holiday and the brochure gave an accurate assessment of what to expect. It wasn't teaming with lots of people and due to it's location it had an air of exclusivity about it despite the two large hotels. Lovely sunny weather with great beaches and space to enjoy life in the sea or around the large pool. There were enough restaurants to choose from offering quality dishes in the main but they could improve their offering by adding another six or so items to provide a greater choice. We just felt they were a little restricted. However we wouldn't want them to move to those horrible plastic picture menus you see in most holiday resorts these days offering a huge choice. Great local water taxis to Dubrovnik and Cavtat only 25 mintues either way.

Everything worked like clockwork. Great organisation and no complaints. Excursions were faultless.
