A second visit to Dubrovnik and stay at an excellent hotel The Bellvue. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The location is right on the beach with direct views out to sea. The sea is beautifully clear and blue for swimming. Our tour representitive was very helpful and we organised a trip to Mostar and Montenegro both places we had not visited last time. Excellent guides for the day with very good local guides when we arrived to show us round the cities. As I only get one week abroad every other year it needs to count and this one certainly did.

They offer good choices for destinations, hotels and holidays, and the local travel agent helps us to get the holidays we like. Prestige have always met our expectations and representives have been excellent giving us local knowledge regarding buses, tours and places to visit (or not) local restaurants etc. The travel particulars are clear and concise. We have never arrived anywhere without a local representive to meet us and take us to our hotel. The information in the brochures is accurate and if you have any querie you can ask them for extra details e.g are there lots of stairs or is there a lift? Is the area suitable for us or is it noisy at night? We choose them every time.

We spent a week on the beautiful Croatian island of Mljet, miles of unspoilt national park with mountains, pine forests, salt lakes, and the crystal clear blue seas of the Adriatic begging for you to dive in at every opportunity. We will never forget our time there and the hotel looked after us extremely well, cannot fault any of the service, plus all the transport was on efficient and 100% reliable. All the staff held true to every promise making for a very relaxing week - leaving us time to cycle, canoe, drive, boat, swim and eat our way around the island, perfect!

The trip ran so smoothly we didn't even need to think about let alone contact our tour provider, everything seemed to have been put in place before we even realised we needed it. Flawlessly executed.

PST Travel efficient and helpful, first time using a travel agent for 6 years Monarch Airline flights on time, comfortable and efficient, friendly stewards etc BonSol hotel Majorca was clean and comfortable, room upgrade made the difference, HB package good but menus could be better and feature some Spanish food. All staff friendly and helpful.

Prestige Holidays paperwork was comprehensive, traditional holiday pack with all paperwork and luggage tags etc very reassuring. W2M meet and greet transfers were very efficient and kept us informed.

Wonderful locations in New York and Bermuda. We stayed in the Hilton in Times Square for 5 days, and Grotto Bay in Bermuda for 8 days. The New York hotel had fantastic views over the city when we requested these on check in. Food and service in the Bermuda hotel were outstanding.

A few problems with the New York hotel not having been paid by the tour operator when we arrived. This was responded to once we contacted the tour operator, but it caused us much undue financial worry during the first few days of our holiday, and took up some of our precious holiday time getting it sorted. And when we arrived in Bermuda, the room in the hotel was continually being flooded by the air conditioning unit, involving numerous trips to reception and two moves of room. We contacted the tour operator to let them know about this and we had been told that they would arrange for the Bermuda hotel manager to make contact with us during our holiday, but this didn't happen. Only other comment is that the price of the holiday offered by the tour operator was competitive, but lack of paperwork, automatic receipts for money paid, and general correspondence leading up to the holiday was at times disappointing. Also, a transfer to and from the New York hotel would have been appreciated.

Flew from Gatwick (with exec lounge thrown in which was an excellent start for an early morning flight) to Dubrovnik - a family of 5. Wonderful town & good hotel in Caftat with plenty of swimming, boating and trips to various places. Beautiful part of the world, well recommended.

Have just returned from an idyllic holiday in Deia on Mallorca. Such a stunning peaceful location. With a backdrop of the Tramuntana mountains, lovely olive groves & small cove to swim in, it is such a special location. If you like the idea of a few restaurants & small quiet bars to while away the evening, stunning sunsets, followed by days swimming, reading or just soaking up the sun, then this place can provide it all.

Prestige Holidays have proved excellent. Their staff are very professional & welcoming. They were most helpful & accommodating with my holiday requests (which included two hotels & transfers). They dealt promptly & came back as promised with a query I had over one of the hotel reservations. All correspondence arrived timely, & included an invite by their managing director for feedback, so he could personally review customers satisfaction! This was our first booking with this family firm, & we have been delighted with their service. We would highly recommend them.

as above unclear advice about money we were advised there was a shuttle bus to town (which was 5kn) away. There was only a pay as you go bus, water taxi or train, and the timings of these were not very often, meaning if you missed one you had to wait 30 mins to an hour. The cost added a lot to the holiday and I really had checked this out and thought it was included in the trip despite this Croatia is a beautiful country and we had a nice holiday, but had I known the shuttles to town were so infrequent and chargeable I may have paid more to be more centrally located

5 nights in Taormina, including a day trip up Etna and a visit to Alcantara gorge. Visited the latter by local bus and it was great fun. 4 nights at a quiet resort in Ragusa and discovered the UNESCO hill towns and the amazing beach at Marina di Ragusa. Fascinating country.

Efficient and personable. Helpful when we needed advice about our hire car. Travel instructions were really useful.

We were in Brac, small Croatian island. Wonderfully unspoilt, beautiful sea. Excellent 4 star hotel, friendly staff. Our transfers (taxi-ferry-taxi there and back) were excellent. Peaceful in Postira, our village - no discos, backpackers, pedlars, no hefty police presence, good food and drink! Well managed by Prestige Holidays, considering they rescued our holiday at the last minute.

Kept os informed and did what we wanted thx.
