Rating for tour operator:Helpful advice, efficient in their replies and prompt to sort out little problems while we were away.
A wonderful adventure which we enjoyed with a very nice group, all of us led by an excellent guide.
It was a tour of Chile starting from Santiago and visiting San Pedro de Atacama, Llanquihue in the Lake District and Las Torres del Paine in Patagonia, with many interesting places in between.

Rating for tour operator:Journey Latin America were very efficient and all the staff friendly and helpful which includes those based in the office and their excellent guide on the ground in Chile.
A fabtastic trip from start to finish, with a varied programme and , luckily, excellent weather to enjoy the beauty of Patagonia
We were 2 of 7 passengers on the Undiscovered Aysen tour and had an excellent tour leader and driver. Having seen the more popular 'sites' in Chile on a previous holiday, it was great to get off the beaten track and enjoy the peace and stunning beauty of northern Patagonia. If you don't mind a few long journeys on gravel roads it is very worthwhile.

Rating for tour operator:JLA offered a group tour and we were able to add 5 days of our own devising at the start ( when we took ourselves to see the Iguassu Falls). The bespoke service was good. We are very satisfied customers.
An amazing South American adventure
Trip through Argentina from BA down into Patagonia, both Chilean and Argentinian side. Great hiking, amazing glaciers and finally Iguazú Falls.

Rating for tour operator:Helpful, efficient, knowledgable We would not hesitate in recommending Journey Latin America. The whole process from tailoring our itinerary to the actual holiday was spot on. Everything they said they would do they delivered on.
Amazing from beginning to end in Mexico
Saw Mayan ruins as well as excellent wildlife when we saw the flamingos. People were so friendly and helpful

Being slothful birdwatching in Costa Rica
A wonderful time in a beautiful country. I could have just visited it myself and hired a car but instead chose an organised holiday. What made a real difference was using a local guide without whom we would never have spotted the many sloths slumbering in the trees, the tiny viper curled under a palm frond, the even tinier poison dart frog hopping through the undergrowth or identified the nesting place of the Scarlet Macaw. What made a real difference was using a local guide without whom we would never have spotted the many sloths slumbering in the trees, the tiny viper curled under a palm frond, the even tinier poison dart frog hopping through the undergrowth or identified the nesting place of the Scarlet Macaw. The variety of birds was amazing and I shall never forget the afternoon spent searching for, and watching, the Resplendent Quetzal among the cloudforest trees. Our guide gave us a real insight into the life of people in Costa Rica and also the things they produce for export. I shall be looking for that Costa Rica label every time I shop for bananas, pineapples and coffee in future.
Rating for tour operator:Journey Latin America did a good job organising flights for us from the north of Scotland, avoiding busy London airports, as requested.

A Great Introduction to Cuba
We had a varied itinerary from basic Homestays to fantastic resorts. The Guides and Drivers we had that were organised by Journey Latin America were excellent in all ways.

Holiday of a Lifetime
We spent 16 days travelling from Santiago to the Atacama desert then driving through the Andes to Menoza and finally staying in Buenos Aires before traveling home. This trip was to celebrate my husbands 60th birthday and he was thrilled with everything we did.

Rating for tour operator:An excellent tour company who were very helpful from start to finish
Amazing extremes!
Extremes of Chile took us from the dry, vastness of the Atacama desert through the beauty of the volcanic lakes to the unearthly blueness of the Grey glacier in Patagonia. It was amazing.

Rating for tour operator:JLA organised a fabulous trip. All the drivers and guides were great and our tour leader was exceptional. It is a very busy schedule but even long bus journeys can be interesting with a knowledgeable guide.
