The organization started about 6-8 months ago. We got several contacts with Ben which customised the holiday on our needs. It was a great work and he really worked hard to give us what we wanted. 1 month before leaving we got all books (also customised for us) and they were extremely helpful. The books contained all we needed to have a nice holiday (even translated pages for taxi drivers to go to the planned places). Quality of places was in line (or even better) with our expectation and quality of activities was also exceptional.

Tour operator invested a lot of time in customising the holiday on our needs. Also they were elastic on payments deadline which helped us a lot. Contact person (Ben) was excellent and he did great job!

With the help of Insidejapan tours we planned our a two week trip to Japan for our Honeymoon. We travelled around Honshu from Tokyo to Osaka stopping at other cities and places as we went. With the help and planning from insidejapan tours it turned what on our own would have been a daunting trip to a smooth and stress free experience. We managed to see and take in many of the wonders that this beautiful country has to offer.

They are a great team who made our Honeymoon the best it could possibly have been. Our Travel consultant Lawrence Pryor helped us from the very beginning with choosing the places we should visit and the experiences to do. With the in depth travel pack Insidejapan tours outlined each day with travel options and what they would consider 'perfect day' which gave us a great starting point in each area we travelled to. The pack also provided us with all the travel passes etc we would need on the holiday.

We wanted a relaxed, low budget trip to Japan for our honeymoon. We went to Inside Japan tours expecting some help, but the service we got went above and beyond. We went in wirh some vague ramblings about what we wanted to do - there was so much it was quite overwhelming! - Ben, our travel consultant,tailor made our perfect trip. We traveled to Tokyo, Hakone, Kyoto, Takayama, Hiroshima and Mount Koya. Our trip was varied from crazy, brightly lit city experiences to relaxed ryokan with onsen. We loved every second and wish we could go back!

Ben was polite and fantastic at interpreting our vague hand gestures and over excited words and forming our perfect trip. Thankyou.

I AM VERY VERY HAPPY I HAVE CHOSEN SPRING ELEGANCE TOUR WITH INSIDE JAPAN TOURS! I WAS A BIT SCEPTICAL ABOUT JAPAN AS DESTINATION FOR OUR TRAVELS BECAUSE I WAS NEVER A BIG FAN OF ASIAN CULTURE AND I NEVER FULLY UNDERSTOOD GEISHAS, SAMURAIS, ETC. BUT THIS TOUR MADE ME FALL IN LOVE WITH THE COUNTRY WITHOUT FORCING ANYTHING ON ME. I FELL IN LOVE WITH IT EASILY AND EFFORTLESSLY BECAUSE MY EXPOSURE TO THEIR CULTURE WAS VERY CAREFULLY PLANNED AND SEEMED NATURAL. DAY BY DAY, LITTLE BY LITTLE WE LEARNED ABOUT ITS HISTORY, ITS CUSTOMS AND ITS PEOPLE. WE HAD AN OPPORTUNITY TO SEE IT FROM THE INSIDE, HAD A VERY KNOWLEDGABLE GUIDE WHO WAS ALWAYS AVAILABLE TO US AND PROVIDED US WITH VERY GOOD EXPLANATIONS. THE SIZE OF THE GROUP ( 14 PEOPLE) WAS PERFECT IN MY OPINION. AND THE OPTION OF HAVING FREE DAYS AND FREE NIGHTS FROM TIME TO TIME WAS A GOOD CHOICE, AS WE DIDN'T GET A CHANCE TO GET SICK AND TIRED OF THE REST OF THE GROUP. THEIR BROCHURE WITH GENERAL INFORMATION IS VERY COMPLETE. SUGGESTIONS FOR FREE DAY TOURS ARE MULTIPLE AND EASY RO DO ON YOUR OWN. ITS NOT A VERY RELAXING VACATION, BE PREPARED TO BE MORE TIRED AT THE END THEN AT THE BEGINNING. BUT ATTHE SAME TIME THE ITINERARY IS PLANNED IN A WAY THAT YOU ALWAYS HAVE A LITTLE BREAK AFETR A COUPLE OF SUPER CHARGED DAYS, SO YOU ALWAYS HAVE A CHAMGE TO BREATH AND RECHARGE. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND INSIDE JAPAN FOR YOUR NEXT VACATION IN THIS WONDERFUL COUNTRY.

This was our honeymoon to Japan where we've wanted to go together for so long! Our trip was fantastic, involving great food and lots of sightseeing. Japan is a very friendly country and we enjoyed travelling from Tokyo down to Kyushu! Superb holiday!

Our experience of Japan with Inside Japan tours was incredible! As it was our first time to the country we have wanted to travel to for many years we were excited and nervous at the same time! We were very impressed with how well looked after we felt by Inside Japan tours and how organised our itinerary was leaving us feeling very confident and satisfied with the service! We had lots of fun in Tokyo, staying in great accommodation in Asakusa and eating lots of amazing food. We then had a great flight down to Kyushu where we continued our trip.

We travelled to Japan and spent several days in Tokyo, then travelled down south to Okayama, Hiroshima, before making our way back via Fukushima, Osaka, Kyoto and back to Tokyo. All in all it was a great 10 perfect days and we enjoyed the trip immensely.

Inside Japan Tours did a very good job understanding our requirements (we have been to Japan before and wanted to see new things) and came up with a customised itinerary that not only gave us new experiences but included unique off the beaten path things like a visit to a fishing village where they shot several films including Ponyo and Wolverine. The trip was well organised and they even gave us a discount on the final price because they were able to negotiate better rates with the hotels. All in all a great holiday with many happy memories thanks to Inside Japan.

An amazing 2 weeks travelling all over Japan from the neon blazing streets of Tokyo to the somber introspection of the Hiroshima peace park to the traditional geisha district of Kyoto I got to experience time in a traditional monks lodging before awaking early for the morning chants at the Buddhist temple as well as meeting wild snow monkeys at their hot spring! All in all an amazing journey showing all aspects of Japanese life and the sights seen have to be seen to be believed

I went on the InsideJapan Tours HYPERJAPAN's J-Pop & Go! tour in March 2017. The tour had tons of experiences that included everything from pop culture to the traditional. It was a great way to experience Japan for the first time. This was an 11 day (10 night) tour, and I choose to purchase 1 pre-tour and 2 post-tour extra nights. I would highly recommend the extra nights to give yourself a little more free time and time to adjust from traveling.

InsideJapan Tours (part of InsideAsia Tours) was great in all aspects. They gladly answered any questions I had before and after booking the tour. While on tour, I couldn't have asked for a better tour leader. He helped make the tour what it was and I would love have him again on another trip.

For our 40th anniversary we decided to explore Japan for 3 weeks, and asked Inside Japan to prepare and arrange the trip for us. It was wonderful! They did a great job, very complete, and we saw parts of the country we did not know about.

Excellent-we did not see the tour operator during the trip-they simply arranged everything including excellent guides.
