Rating for tour operator:Great value and service. Collected hire car in resort and dropped at LAX. Lovely hotel where I was upgraded at no extra cost to a suite
Peaceful retreat.
Lovely area, house was good, shame that the local agent (TMI) had not thought to visit the house after hurricane Irma. The pool area and pool itself were strewn with tree debris, which gave a very poor first impression. However this was solved after a couple of visits to the office. Also, a lot of the garden furniture had been put away and no attempt was made to get these out. These were fairly minor issues, and we still enjoyed the peace and ...

Also, a lot of the garden furniture had been put away and no attempt was made to get these out. These were fairly minor issues, and we still enjoyed the peace and quiet of the villa, and exploring the lovely beaches nearby. Car rental was arranged with Hertz, and this was a very smooth transaction.
Rating for tour operator:Vacations To America went above and beyond to help us, when our holiday had to be cancelled twice due to ill health. I would definitely use them again.

Wonderful California
Everything that had been organised via Vacations to America. Our trip was for 17 nights and included 5 seperate locations. Vacations To America was superb from start to finish. The flights, accommodations, car hire and excursions were faultless and second to none. Absolutely brilliant! Our holiday included a show in Vegas and a helicopter trip to the Grand Canyon. Everything was organised for us and all went smoothly without any hitches

Rating for tour operator:Vacations to America are a first class company who we have used for a number of years. Nothing is too much trouble and they are helpful and professional at all times. They ensure that we are looked after to a very high standard. I recommend them constantly to friends and family and would not use anyone else for our vacation needs.
very enjoyable holiday visiting Nashville, Memphis and New Orleans
We flew to Nashville spending four nights at the Hotel Indigo moving on to Memphis using the Greyhound bus staying three nights at the River Inn of Harbor Town before taking the Amtrak for a five night stay in New Orleans at the Old 77 Hotel & Chandlery.

Rating for tour operator:The holiday was booked through our local tour operator Kyle Travel who as helpful as always. The only disappointment we had was the private transfer that was booked when we arrived at Nashville airport did not arrive. When I called I was told it had been arranged for the next morning and can only put this down communication error
Very interesting
First house not up to our expectations-several items broken, reported to management company, nothing done-and not very clean. Second house excellent, housekeeper brilliant. We loved the area.

Rating for tour operator:They helped to clarify several matters for us and were always extremely helpful and courteous on the telephone.
Wild west adventure
This was a holiday that started and finished in Denver, Colorado travelling in a counter clockwise direction from Denver to head towards Yellowstone and Grand Teton National parks. A number of sights were included on the way, to name just a few , Mount Rushmore, Crazy horse memorial, Custer State Park,Chuckwagon supper, Little Big Horn battlefield, Bighorn mountains and Cody finally ending up in the two National Parks. A number of sights were included on the way, to name just a few , Mount Rushmore, Crazy horse memorial, Custer State Park,Chuckwagon supper, Little Big Horn battlefield, Bighorn mountains and Cody finally ending up in the two National Parks. Snow arrived at the end of the trip which enhanced the look of the scenery but made sightseeing fairly cool. Car hire went well, a Nissan Sintra, with nearly 3000 miles travelled without a problem. Whitewater rafting on the Snake river was the challenging highlight of the trip.
Rating for tour operator:Julie did a great job in offering help on the suggested route, organised all accommodation and car hire and put in place bookings of all suggested diversions. A fantastic organizer of the whole trip which would have been extermely difficult to manage without her. This is the second vacation I have taken with Vacations to America and both have worked without a problem.
Amazing 19 day tour of New England in the fall
3 nights in Boston before picking up car and then Kennebunkport, Bar Harbor, Jackson, Stowe in Vermont then south down to Lenox in the Berkshires, onto Newport RI and ending in Falmouth Cape Cod. The whole holiday was a fabulous experience. The accommodation that had been booked was exceptional with many of the b &ab properties being part of a select accommodation group with many dating back to the 1800s. However, all provided modern facilities (wifi and AC!). We enjoyed unseasonably hot sunny weather and were too early for the laminate autumn colours but were able to explore comfortably. We have come back with memories that will last a lifetime.
Rating for tour operator:From the personalised holiday booklet to the information provided it was faultless. Particularly appreciated the "no fuss" car rental arranged through Hertz. With the Gold option it meant no hidden charges that we have had bad experiences with on other operators.
Great holiday visiting new places and managed to avoid the hurricanes!
We visited New Orleans, Memphis (Graceland), Nashville (Grand Ole Opry), Dollywood, Smoky Mountains, Chattanooga, Atlanta and Hilton Head. Everyone was just so nice to us.

Rating for tour operator:This was our 3rd holiday booked with Vacations to America. I appreciated Julie's patience whilst putting the package together for us.
Wonderful RV holidays
We hired an RV for 3 weeks. Our trip started in San Francisco, via the National Parks (Yosemite, Sequoia Park, Death Valley), Las Vegas, Zion Park, Lake Powell, Antelope Canyon, Monument Valley, the Grand Canyon and finished in Los Angeles. We enjoyed it very much! Although we stayed in hotels at the beginning and end of our trip, we would recommend hiring an RV: no packing and unpacking suitcases every night, easy to drive, great fun as a family! ...

Rating for tour operator:Great help and advise from our tour operator, Carrick Travel in the UK. We enjoyed the activities that were booked and the hotels were really good! Especially The Garland in Los Angeles!
