The tour reps. made sure we were up to date with every thing and were friendly, kind and interested - well done to them.

My very first trip to Lourdes and certainly not my last. Everything was planned perfectly and everyone involved was excellent company

A seven night Pilgrimage in Lourdes. All travel and hotel arrangements were excellent.

Any time I required information regarding the Pilgrimage, hotel or travel arrangements, I found the staff of Tangney Tours to be most helpful and professional.

Was my first time on pilgrimage to Lourdes and definitely not my last . The journey was spiritual and will be remembered forever .

The hotel was owned by the tour operator and I had to remind myself I was a pilgrim and not a tourist to over look and not make a fuss. The rooms was very basic no tea or coffee facilities. 6 Days carb diet was not good for my Cholesterol . Would do the trip again but Bed and breakfast will be the better option.

I was satisfied that all areas of my pilgrimage to Lourdes with Tangney Tours, there was a good choice of hotels and The Eliseo was modern and located near to grotto, our room was spotless and clean and the bed was comfortable. Our Tangney Tour Rep/Guide visited daily and was very friendly and helpful

I found the tour operator provided timely information and was very helpful and accommodating with special requests

We booked to go on a pilgrimage to Lourdes, My partner and I wanted my mother to experience the spiritual joy of Lourdes which we did, it was a joy to be there and spend time in prayer and contemplation. All of the above was out of the hands of the tour operator. However the Hotel meals were quite shocking. We were careful when choosing the hotel out of the options we were presented with. Checking the web site and looking at menus and photos from the hotel. I can only assume that Tangney tours must try to maximise there profit from the guests in there care. The food was so bad that many of the guests did not turn up for meals as the days progressed. Breakfast was however basic but fair. Toast coffee croissant juice. Quite adequate. Hotel rooms were clean but dated. Signs of a room fridge space but no fridge. Air conditioning that one had to request at reception to operate, with unusual high temperatures it was necessary. Bar staff were polite and friendly, however the tangneys rep was invisible. We saw them at check in and when the coach collected us to return to the airport.

Second booking with this operator and will not be booking with them again. I would advise future travelers to avoid this operator wherever possible.
