A pilgrimage to Lourdes and two other shrines, Paray-le-Monial and Lisieux.We travelled in a comfortable coach, stopping for refreshments every so often. The accommodation and meals were of a good standard, and the local staff were helpful. We were accompanied by a representative of the tour company who was very helpful, particularly with our more nervous travellers. The itinerary was appropriate for the group we had and everyone seemed to enjoy the trip.

Tangney Tours are a well established family run company with helpful staff.

Visited Lourdes, it was a magical few days, fantastic hotel and very helpful tour operators. I will be traveling with this company again.

Was aware of how to contact tour company throught the holiday, plus they had a very visible presence in the resort.

Friendly - Always there if need be.

Pilgrimage holiday to Lourdes, which was well organised and most enjoyable. Excellent travel arrangements, lovely comfortable hotel with very friendly and knowledgeable staff.

I have been travelling with Tangney Tours for 30 years, both as an individual and as a group organiser. The back up service they provide is second to none, and no-one else has ever come close when groups I have been involved with have had a problem. For this reason alone, they are worth the price of the pilgrimage, but, apart from the back up, they are also a good and caring team of people who have their clients best interests at heart!

Our guide was exceptional, patient and knowledgeable. All trips were stimulating and we felt looked after. However the hotel was poor, with breakfast being a particularly low point. Food was not at all interesting and the numbers trying to get into the dining room made it so difficult that we stopped even trying,. The evening meal was at best basic and at worst totally unacceptable. However to be fair when complaints were made the tour operator acted swiftly. We enjoyed all the outings and activities., the hotel was well positioned for what we wanted to see.

They helped where they could, particularly in regard to the evening meal. I assume there was no choice in the hotel but I would not stay there again

I cannot find fault with anything. When we were unable to fly home due to a fault with the plane, we were quickly provided with a hotel and food until the next day's flight.

Tagney Tours were very accommodating, especially placid when I asked questions.

We were not going to go to Lourdes this year, but the advertised price in "THE UNIVERSE" was toogood to miss. We booked, but were not familiar with The Eliseo Hotel, which we found to be so good that we do not wish to stay in any other in Lourdes. We are both now OLD, but in good health, so this year we took our time with the Pilgrimage programme, and found this to be really beneficial and enjoyable.

We found the tour operator to be pleasant and efficiant. We had never flown with Titan Airways before, so were delighted to find that our flights were SPOT-ON time each way, with helpfull staff., which made for pleasant flights.

Travel arrangements were good and timetables adhered to. The hotel was excellent.

Sylvie, our tour rep was very helpful and went out of her way to help us.

I went on a Pilgrimage to Lourdes with Tangney Tours and had a wonderful holiday. Everything was so well organised and a Representative visited our hotel every day. There was a lovely excursion with a a very knowledgable guide. On the return home there was a problem with the plane and we had return to Lourdes for the night. Tangney Tours were wonderful and managed to find an hotel to accommodate all 160 of us. The manager actually flew out overnight to be with us and sorted out everyone's problems. They organised a plane to take us home the next day. No one could have done more, and we were very grateful.

I have travelled with Tangney Tours several times and can thoughrally recommend them.
