It was a medical mission more than holiday but Tangney personnel were there for every holiday component.

Hotel was clean and staff were friendly. Coordinator from your team was excellent. She was caring and supportive in every way possible. Flight was comfortable as it can be.

She was so helpful. She came to the hotel to check on us, showed us around and answered any questions. She was friendly, professional and experienced.

Travel details were clear and well organised. Guide in Lourdes was helpful friendly and took the time to chat with the pilgrims

Good well organised

The hotel was very good with comfortable rooms (although I would have expected to have tea/coffee making items in the room for the price I paid), a working air con and a good bathroom. Meals were very good and staff were excellent: friendly yet professional. The place itself was amazing and there was so much to do - the book we were given was a great help. I would like to go again to Lourdes but probably in a couple of years. It was a special experience for me.

Paul and Josh were great: available and always making sure everyone was okay. Pick ups were on time and drivers were very good.

The Lourdes Pilgrimage with Westminster Diocese was a blessed experience, particularly because we managed to avoid huge issues the main flight carriers, shops etc. I was particularly impressed by the volunteer coordinators who ensured everyone in need of assistance got it.

Tangney Tours got us to Lourdes and back effectively and quickly, especially considering the complexity of arranging travel for people with medical issues. The only thing I would say is that it would be helpful to let people know that tickets will be issued at the airport. This was not mentioned in the letter received before travel so I had to call and ask. Perhaps regular travelers to Lourdes would know this, but not being one of them, I was surprised not have this information.

I really enjoyed my holiday, it the first time I've been abroad and everything went very smooth. I was nervous with not being abroad before and I throughly had the best time ever, Loureds is a beautiful place.

They had thought of everything, it most of taken some planning and they were great

From boarding our bus to reaching our destination I couldn’t fault anything. We were on boat overnight 22 hours in total. Our bus driver was fantastic a wonderful driver and person. I honestly couldn’t fault a thing the organisation that had gone into this trip second to none.

The pilgrimage was well organised and the support provided by everyone to a disabled traveller was excellent . the Catholic Association provided all the necessary care and assistance and it is amazing that they provide this so effortlessly. It is quite likely we will try to do the same thing again in 2025.

Tangney Tours are well known for their pilgrimages and this one was no exception. Making payments is easy and their office staff are all so welcoming. Having a director travel with us is very comforting and insures any little problems can be easily resolved.
