Poor accommodation. Not being given information on the hotels

Did everything possible to inform and give the best advice. Very patient. Went the extra mile to accommodate our requests. That was our guide.

This was not a holiday for us but a pilgrimage from a Roman Catholic parish in Cornwall.

Tangney Tours were excellent in their service, our pilgrimage was well prepared and it was a privilege to celebrate Mass in some beautiful locations. The guide supplied was superb and well informed. She remained calm and professional at all times

This was a Pilgrimage Holiday to Lourdes, France. Thoroughly enjoyed and taken care of by Tangney Tours.

Excellent service with our rep meeting us at Lourdes airport. Always on hand to offer assistance and help. Lovely Hotel and food much improved. Daily contact by our rep in Lourdes so very helpful with valuable assistance by her at Lourdes airport on our way home. Our Pilgrimage this year was also one night extra which yes pushed the price up a bit but made a great difference and I didn’t feel rushed. I would have liked all those in attendance to have had a Pilgrim guide and Prayer Book but understand there were printing issues but we shared books around. It would be helpful if possible to have a rep at Stansted Airport on way out as well. Or possibly have our boarding cards pre printed as we have done in previous years ? The only stressful time for myself is at Stansted as it’s now Ryan Air and I feel a Tangney Rep at Stansted would help at that stage. Overall I am more than happy with Tangney and will definitely be travelling with them again in the future.

This was a short pilgrimage of a small group of pilgerims with disabled people accompanied by carers to assis with everday tasks

Utterly reliable and meticulous in an industry littered by business failures

The journey was very good. Our KLM flights were particularly good and the coaches too. Our accommodation was very clean and comfortable. The food was good too. We had a wonderful time, a great group of people. The lady who guided us on the walking tour was excellent. It was a good pace and extremely interesting. All round, a great experience.

We had a clear itinerary from them explaining our journey to transferred etc. We would use theme again.

The pilgrimage was well organised, nothing a bother for the tour operator or staff whilst in Lourdes or on the journey. Hotel clean, to a high standard, food good. Thank you.

Pilgrimage Directors February meetings in Lourdes. TT organised everything with their usual professional service. Their agents were always available and helpful. It was a great pleasure to be invited to their 50th anniversary dinner whilst in Lourdes. Ad multos annos.
