I travelled to Australia with my wife and children, we took part in a few excursions including a trip to the Great Barrier Reef and Daintree Rainforest. An amazing trip.

I was recommended First Class Holidays by a friend and I was very pleased with their professionalism. I admittedly can be a little fussy with accommodation but everything was fantastic and up to my usual high standard.

A wonderful way to see and experience New Zealand. Stunning scenery, lovely hotels with excellent service and food, a great bunch of fellow travellers with the added bonus of gorgeous weather throughout.

Everything was catered for from beginning to end. Staff friendly and approachable. Much work carried out behind the scenes to ensure an enjoyable holiday.

We travelled nonstop to Perth Australia, Hopped to Melbourne, Skipped to Christchurch, Skirted around New Zealand, took a breather in Auckland and skipped across to cruise and snorkel around Fiji and finally circumnavigated the globe back home to london via Los Angeles

From reaching Vancouver to traveling onto Alaska with HAL and then onto Banff we had great time .The hotels were good the HAL ship the Nieuw Amsterdam could not be faulted. Meals were excellent and nothing was too much trouble for the staff. We found people welcoming and helpful.

Our tour operator -The Cruise Advisory Service of Ringwood- is a very professional organisation who can be relied on to deliver your requests, they are very helpful with lots of knowledge and experience and great advice .

We travelled around the Rockie Mountains in Canada starting at Calgary and finishing in Vancouver. We hired a car and for just under 3 weeks we drove at our own pace following the route they had planned out for us. The holiday went without any hitches and the itinerary they set out for us was fantastic. The accommodation was excellent and the attractions they had booked for us were amazing.

When speaking to the staff in the office when we booked the holiday they were very knowledgeable as they had been on the holidays so knew the area and the hotels. They were always happy to answer any questions we had once we had booked our holiday and were very helpful when we had an issue with a visa. I would highly recommend the company and we will be using them again the future.

All that I required was fulfilled. Being the first time I had visited New Zealand I could not have asked more from my Travel Agent. Everything I requested was arranged to the letter. New Zealand is a great country to visit.

The agent at First Class Holidays and the tour operator were excellent.

We had a wonderful 7 week trip to Canada which went without a hitch, thanks to meticulous planning, for which we are extremely grateful. We travelled unescorted right across the continent from Vancouver and Vancouver Island all the way to New Brunswick, PEI and Nova Scotia using road, rail and ferries. What an experience.

First Class Holidays were great. My contact at the company, Liz Jepson, was friendly and approachable, but also very knowledgeable and professional. I really appreciated her advice and reassurance at every stage of the process because I was parting with a not insubstantial amount of money for this epic adventure.

Very efficient, and helpful when short notice requests were made. Would not hesitate to use your services again.

Overall very enjoyable despite the forest fires in BC. Would recommend, however, that an Ocean View room is specified when booking Quality Resort Bayside in Parksville as rear views are mainly of a metal fence (or a container in our case). Views from restaurant across the Bay are beautiful.

Help from Discover Holidays (Diana He) was excellent, especially in finding alternative accommodation when smoke pollution in Clearwater was uncomfortably high (in fact Evacuation Alert was issued for the night we were due to stay). Also helped with Avis when we wished to return the car a day earlier to their Downtown office rather than the Airport.

The itinerary was just what we'd asked for and this fantastic trip from Niagra/Toronto to Calgary/Banff, the Rocky Mountaineer and the Alaskan Cruise from Vancouver went smoothly. 2 couples traveled together. The only issues were at the Chelsea Hotel Toronto and the Sandman Hotel, Vancouver. Neither had rooms allocated or were aware of our specific request to be on a lower floor. At the Sandman they were only expecting one couple and had to try and get the other booked in which thankfully they did. The Celebrity Infinity is a tired old ship but we had a nice cabin and made the best of it because of the locations and the entertainment on the ship was outstanding.

All of the local tour operators were excellent; the Toronto Bus Company provided a great day out at Niagra, faultless. We also booked a tour through Landsea based in Vancouver and Coastal Helecoptors based in Juneau who also provided a great service. The Rocky Mountaineer exceeded expectations.
