We had a fantastic trip to Namibia. Well organised . All went like clockwork.

We spent two weeks in Zambia, in South Luanga and Lower Zambezi National Park, staying in 5 different safari camps. It was a trip we will never forget - the wildlife, the landscape, the people, the safari camps, the sounds and smells of Africa - all were enchanting. We went on game drives (day and night), traveled by boat, canoe, mountain bike and foot and felt secure doing everything because of the quality of the guides and scouts we were with. All in all, a life-changing experience and we can't wait to return to explore still more of Africa.

Expert Africa advised us extraordinarily well. They helped us narrow down the country that suited us perfectly, then advised us on the type and number of camps to visit. Each camp was distinctive and none repetitive. They helped us get just the right balance of walking versus driving safaris. Travel logistics were perfectly worked out - all we had to do was show up! The trip was a birthday present for my husband, and they helped organized an unforgettable celebration, including a surprise romantic dinner atop an ant hill and a gorgeous birthday cake in front of a campfire. We can't imagine traveling to Africa without Expert Africa!

We went to Rwanda for Gorilla treking for 2 days. Seeing these precious animals was a real life experience. They are so gentle and kind. It really give us more insight and feeling about the need to protect wild life. Then we flew to northern serengeti, a well know place, see thousands times on different media. But to live the experience is a dream.

The company brochure gives a good presentation of different countries plus places for accomodation. The tailor made service with a trip consultant to work out a trip plan is great. All local operators used by Expert Africa was well chosen. We are very satisfied with the trip and thanks Expert Africa to help to realize it.

expert Africa did an amazing job organising the whole of our holiday ,nothing was to much trouble and the knowledge they had was of a very high standard.

We spent 7 nights at the Elephant Camp, Somalisa Camp and Camp Hwange in Zimbabwe and had a wonderful first safari experience. Hwange national park offers an excellent range of wildlife and, unlike other popular parks in Southern Afirca is not too crowded with 4x4s. The guides are of a very high standard and the camps were very comfortable.

Very responsive, friendly and accommodating. Expert Africa team are very efficient at responding to requests and questions, our only suggestion was that, as first time safari travellers we realised that we would have benefited from a little more 'hand holding' before travelling as we would have tweaked our itinerary and packing had we had a little more information on points we didn't think to ask before travelling.

Our honeymoon safari was our first ever trip to Africa and we cannot wait to return! The team at Expert Africa did a terrific job helping us plan. Our experience at every lodge and camp we visited was excellent. We look forward to future trips.

14 nights safari in 6 different camps. Everything was organised efficiently so there was no wasted time. The level of service we received was exceptional The game viewing was memorable with knowledgeable guides who accommodated the different priorities of guests as far as possible. The food was always good, at times exceptional. The rooms were usually spacious and the beds really comfortable.

I had an injury at the first camp and because there was no phone signal we emailed ExpertAfrica who then took charge of arrangements to fly out a trauma nurse to check that I could carry on with the holiday. Their immediate response greatly exceeded my expectations. Not many companies are available at such short notice and take responsibility for dealing with problems. Their prompt and effective action meant that I could continue to enjoy this wonderful holiday with minimal interruption.

Expert Africa was professional and efficient in planning our itinerary. Our itinerary was probably not common for first-time visitors as we wanted to skip some of the most visited destinations. Expert Africa took our specific needs into account and managed to book the trip, despite that we only got in touch with them just 3-4 weeks before travel dates.

Hired a car and drove around Namibia, staying at a variety of lodges, camps. Saw some wonderful animals, met some wonderful people.

Travelled to Namibia for the first time. Expert Africa were extremely knowledgeable and helpful and so very efficient. Suggested a few itineraries until we were completely happy. Therefore had a wonderful holiday.
