We recently vacationed at three Nomad properties in Tanzania through Expert Africa — Kuro Tarangire, Entamanu Ngorongoro, and Nomad Serengeti. The density and diversity of wildlife at each location was fantastic, as was the guiding required to find some truly amazing sightings. From planning and pre-trip arrangements to arrival and throughout our trip, we had exceptional service.

Expert Africa and Nomad were fabulous! Every detail was tended to and all sites and properties exceeded our expectations.

Once again I have enjoyed a wonderful safari at great locations in Kenya, put together for me by Expert Africa whose people really are expert in this field. Thanks for all your planning and expertise!

Expert Africa are brilliant at making arrangements for wonderful trips to Africa with knowledgeable dedicated agents for different destinations. They have a real understanding of their travellers needs and expectations and in depth knowledge of the various countries and wildlife destinations.

Another superb safari arranged by Expert Africa and Claire Scott. The experience of arranging the trip to being under African skies was flawless. Expert Africa are my go-to Safari provider for a very good reason, they have an exceptional reputation with the camps and lodges and are attentive to your needs as a traveller. It was an outstanding Safari focusing upon the Mara Conservancies and I could not praise Expert Africa, Claire, and the properties that I visited highly enough. Serian and Kicheche locations are superb with expert guides, management, staff, food, and hospitality are of an exceptional standard and are highly recommended. They really did feel like my home in Africa, and meeting likeminded travellers added to the experience. Serian and Kicheche in Mara North, Kicheche Bush Camp and Kicheche Valley camp were truly amazing and I loved every moment of my safari. One day after returning home I began to discuss my next trip with Claire. Thank you, Claire, and all at Serian, Kicheche and in Nairobi who made this such an amazing safari and the memories to last a lifetime.

Expert Africa and their specialist, Claire Scott, were beyond brilliant, providing the most wonderful safari. Claire is so attentive and ensures that she understands her customer that I have every confidence that she knows what I will enjoy and I trust her suggestions implicitly.

We toured by self driven car over 4 weeks from Cape Town to Port Elisabeth via Hermanus and the Garden Route and then returned back to Cape Town via Oudtshoorn and Franschhoek. This tour, even if only able to go one way, needs as much time as you can afford. We stayed 3 or 4 nights at most places so did not feel rushed and were not perpetually unpacking and repacking. The highlights were Quatermains Camp on Amakhala, Fairview House at Plett and Galenia Estate at Montagu. We travelled in November but this proved too late for whale spotting.

Claire was very helpful in guiding our route and accommodation choices. We were allowed to book certain accommodation direct, where we definitely wanted to stay there but it wasn't on Expert Africa's list.

Our trip as a whole met our expectations and went way beyond. We have done nothing but rave about it since we returned home. We have told everyone we have talked to about the trip what a great experience it was and how great it was to work with Richard. Given the opportunity to plan another trip like this, we would certainly be comfortable working with Richard and would highly recommend him and Expert Africa to friends.

Our trip wouldn’t have been nearly as enjoyable without Richard’s efforts and collaboration. He truly made everything come together seamlessly.

It was a brilliant holiday, with excellent accommodation, food, scenery and people. As for the animals we saw - superb, much better than we were expecting.

Expert Africa were exactly that - expert!

An 18 days holiday, self drive, around a beautiful country. We saw loads of wildlife and learnt about the flora and fauna. Particularly interesting also to visit the Africat Foundation at Okonjima.

Expert Africa was great - lovely to deal directly with a Namibian Sabina.

Our itinerary was the following: Southern Namibia & Namib-Naukluft National Park & Swakopmund & Walvis Bay & Damaraland & Etosha National Park & Okonjima Nature Reserve & Windhoek. Every location has special because its beautiful landscape and the wildlife.

We used Expert Africa, they crafted the itinerary, locations and activities. They were all amazing and meet all our high expectations.

We had 5 nights on safari in Siwandu - Nyerere National Park followed by 7 nights on the idyllic Fanjove island. Excellent locations, accommodation and service.

Expert Africa took the time to listen to our requirements, helped us with those requirements and put a holiday together for us that we will always treasure. They advise and guide from a position of knowledge an experience. They said what they were going to do and they did it... very well and efficiently. Thoroughly recommend them based on our experience.

The absolute best thing I will probably do (unless I do this again!). Brilliant, unique experience from start to finish. Jason, the guide was excellent and really shared his knowledge and entertained the group. The more junior guide, Kamisa was excellent at spotting wildlife, answering questions and was supportive. Max and the guys at the camp couldn't have done better, I feel very humbled to have been on this trip. Excellent food, excellent waiting staff, the chef and baker were faultless - quite how the chef and the baker produce the food they do is puzzling. Hand baked treats at tea time in the morning & afternoon cakes and canapes in the evening, - I have never been so impressed. The attention to detail, such as warm water to wash your face in the morning and the way the tents were pulled down and put back up was a very smooth operation. Tables in the tents were rearranged at the next camp as they were left at the previous camp. We saw lots of animals and received in depth information from the guides on the workings of the eco system. I have never felt so connected to the earth, or touched by just how hard all involved worked to make this happen.

Listened to what I wanted, came up with a plan that demonstrated that they had listened and then Amanda walked me through every last detail, was available and really understood and had made multiple visits to the camps. I used the out of hours service for a question and was answered immediately. True experts in their product, which became clearer and clearer when I was there and heard experiences of other agents.
