Unspoiled beautiful Scotland
A walking holiday in the Applecross and Torridon area, made really special by good weather, a good guide, and a great hotel.

A fantastic 5 days out in the world's best landscapes! Fabulous views, great accommodation and food, and excellent guide
It was a short (5 day, 4 nights) trip to Torridon and Applecross in Scotland. Every day was walking in various parts of the area, with varying scenery and great views. The walking grade was just about right for me (coming back to walking after 4-5 years of injuries etc), and the guide Malcolm was excellent.

Rating for tour operator:Wilderness Scotland are true professionals catering for a wide variety of holidays in Scotland. This was my second trip with them and as the first one, it was perfectly well organised. If you want to see Scotland in various shapes or forms, then I would totally recommend going with Wilderness Scotland - they show you the beauty of the country and a good time as well.
One of our Greatest vacations
It began with Rachel, a staff member who helped us put together exactly the trip we imagined, down to the finest detail. She listened to what we wanted to do, what we could do, and made it happen. Tim, an obviously experienced guide, shared with us his love for his country, his love for the outdoors. He sized us up and gave us a great hiking experience. Plus, he was a fun traveling companion. I would give this group my highest recommendation...

Rating for tour operator:We were self guided so didn't have any contact along way but contact prior to walk was good
Without question it exceeded all expectations.
I have been on two Wilderness trips this year and had the most wonderful times of my life. The first trip was to the Outer Hebrides, the second was to see the Autumn colours in the Highlands. Ten out of ten alround.

Tailored independent holiday to Scotland's Highlands and Islands
We began in Aviemore to go hill walking in the Cairngorms; then travelled to Inverness for a short stay in that cheerful small city (with a lovely trip on Loch Ness to Urquhart Castle). Then we picked up our hire car for the rest of our trip: a few days based in Mallaig with wonderful kayaking with the seal (and we saw the Northern Lights!).Our final leg of the trip was four nights on the wonderful Isle of Skye, including more hiking and a fantastic ...

Outstanding hikes in the Hebrides
This was an absolute trip of a lifetime, it was challenging yet totally doable for a novice. I feel like I accomplished a great personal goal...the guide was an absolute joy, knowledgeable in every aspect. The accommodations were outstanding, and due to our good luck and clean living, we had 100% perfect weather. There is nothing negative to say about this trip, it was PERFECT.
