An unforgettable trip in lifetime

We self-drove from the north to south in Namibia, travelling in slow and easy pace in May. A perfect timing to visit there, neither too hot during the day nor too cold at night. The beauty of wilderness astonished us! Great Safari and enchanting, magical sand dunes are the highlights for this trip. Friendly people, amazing scenery and safe environment made this country tops over other southern african countries we've been among travel destination...

Rating for tour operator:

Expert Africa is indeed professional , knowledge and reliable tour operator. They help us organize a perfect self-driving namibian trip. Great and efficient communication. Try their best to meet customer's expectation. My friends who took my suggestion and joined their camping trip also complimented on Expert Africa very much. Expert Africa dropped the price with the change of currency. They quoted a better price than the price stated on their website which indeed impressed them. Namibia, amazing scenery and people!

Another superb holiday organised by Expert Africa

This holiday was to the Okavango Delta. We visited 3 camps and saw an amazing amount of animals. All camps were excellent, all flights on time and we will certainly be returning some day

This is our 6th holiday organised by Expert Africa. They are always extremely helpful and go out of their way to make sure that we see and do as much as we can. It is also very useful to have their comments on camps as most of the staff do visit the camps.

Namibia, a magical experience.

We recently spent a month touring Namibia by car on a self drive holiday. The whole trip was a fantastic experience, it gave us the opportunity to visit some marvellous locations ,and see some incredible wildlife. We were also fortunate to meet some Namibians and learn something about their way of life and their culture. The trip has given us a lot of marvellous memories, which we will treasure for years to come.

The perfect safari holiday experience

A two week safari holiday in Namibia. We wanted to trek the Desert elephants and rhinos and to follow leopard and cheetah. We got lucky and the trip met all our expectations.

From the moment we contacted ExpertAfrica we felt we were in good hands. They guided us through all the various alternatives for the "Safari of a Lifetime" and got it 100% right. We could not be more impressed by the knowledge of their advisors and the care they took to make the experience memorable. Nothing was too much trouble for them and all arrangements worked out to perfection. We would have no hesitation in recommending this company.

A bucket list road trip fro Cape Town to Windhoek

A 19 night break with a short detour for 3 days for a wedding, we enjoyed the ever changing scenery as we drove north and remote become a common word. We have visited Namibia before and wondered whether we would love it so much - we needn't have worried, it didn't disappoint. Its a trip we would do again, perhaps in spring when the flower season is in full swing in the Western and Northern Cape.

We have travelled with Expert Africa before and didn't hesitate to go back to them for this trip. Their service was impeccable as before. Their small team know their business and their market and look after them both very well. A true specialist tour operator.

We had a great time at Kulala Desert Lodge, including a wonderful day in the dunes, including dead Vlei. Staff at Kulala were extremely helpful. We saw wonderful flamingoes at Walvis Bay and made the most of the fresh seafood. Doro Nawas and Grootberg Lodge were both above our expectations with amazing sightings of large numbers of desert elephants and black rhino (tracked on foot). In Etosha, we stayed mainly in the rest camps with the bush chalets being of good quality, clean and comfortable and the food at dinners and breakfasts also of high quality. We were lucky to find leopard by one of the waterholes and spent quite a long time following lions that we initially found drinking early in the morning, then again in the late afternoon. Having returned to Windhoek, our last night was spent at Olive Exclusive - amazing for a city centre property with wonderfully equipped suites and, again, excellent food. Everything was really well organised and very good value for money. We would certainly return.

Rating for tour operator:

Expert Africa were great from giving advice on our route and possible places to stay, through to their follow up on our return. Following a minor accident, we had some issues with our hire car and Sabina Hekandjo willingly stepped in from the UK and liaised with the hire car company to ensure our holiday was not disrupted. This was our second trip to Namibia with them, Sabina has been very helpful and knowledgable on both occasions. We are very impressed and will certainly use Expert Africa again. We have total confidence in them.
