A brilliant trip which was absolutely perfect in every way. Amazing hospitality and incredible wild animals.

Wow what an amazing, unforgettable experience! We have never been anywhere in Africa before so it was very reassuring to have the expertise of Richard ensuring that everything was so organised as well as offering us great advice and answering all our questions. Everything about this holiday was perfect and Expert Africa deserve a lot of credit for that, selecting and recommending amazing accommodation. The website is also one of the best I have ever used- clean and clear layout, easy to navigate, whilst still being very informative with detailed reviews and information. I would without a doubt recommend Expert Africa to anyone thinking about booking a holiday to Africa.

We stayed for three nights each at two Kicheche tented camps - in Laikipia (Ole Pejeta Conservancy) and the Valley Camp (Naboisa Conservancy) in that Masai Mara. We had sightings of the big 5 and many more fantastic animals and birds, with our expert guides Peter and Bernard, respectively. Both camps were well-appointed, the accommodation was very comfortable and the food was excellent. Prior to the safaris, we stayed at Hemmingways, Nairobi - a first class hotel - and afterwards at Sands at Charle Island on the Indian Ocean which was a good place to unwind.

We had a wonderful honeymoon trip to Kenya and Tanzania. We spent 4 nights in Kenya (3 of them on Safari) and the rest in Tanzania split between safari and Zanzibar. We stayed at 4 different safari camps in the Maasai Mara, Serengeti, and Ruaha, and each of them was incredible. Our honeymoon was the trip of a lifetime and now we can't wait to plan our next safari adventure.

Expert Africa planned our 2+ week honeymoon trip to Kenya and Tanzania (incuding Zanzibar) in August 2021. It was originally planned for summer 2020 but due to covid had to be rescheduled. The Expert Africa team is professional and skillful at what they do. This was our first safari, and they delivered 1000%! While on safari we heard stories from other travelers about bad experiences with travel companies who had booked poor accomodations, planned flights that they couldn't make, and all other sorts of mishaps. We didn't have a single thing go wrong on our trip which was slightly over two weeks long! When I say everything went off without a hitch, I mean it. And that is saying a lot given that we traveled during covid and had to have covid tests every time we changed locations. We had the pleasure of working to put together an itinerary that fit our budget, timeline, and requests. The team was willing to go through things with us multiple times until we landed on the perfect trip. And it was a perfect trip! Everything was executed to perfection, and we were kept informed at every step about what was happening etc. Before we left for our trip we had a finalized itineary and all our flight tickets in hand. Most importantly, I felt confident that if something were to go wrong on our trip, the Expert Africa team would be there for us to help make it right ASAP. My confidence wasn't misplaced.

My trip was absolutely incredible - more wildlife than I could've imagined, and we caught some fabulous moments like a river crossing and a hunt. Couldn't have asked for a better holiday, and already thinking about when I can go back.

Expert Africa was fabulous - Lyndsey was incredibly knowledgeable and planned the perfect trip which let me see everything I wanted to. They were communicative and flexible, and I couldn't recommend them highly enough.

We had another excellent 10 night trip to a number of camps in the Maasai Mara organized as always by Expert Africa. Despite the weather being somewhat unseasonable for the time of year we thoroughly enjoyed the sightings and experience of visiting such a beautiful part of the world

Two game camps, resort

Expert Africa - our third journey with them and wouldn't use anyone else for an Africa trip. Absolutely painstaking in researching and catering to our wishes, complicated trip worked with clockwork efficiency and all destinations exceeded expectations.

I travelled again to the three Kicheche camps in the Maasai Mara conservancies, repeating the safari I undertook last year. It was, like last year, absolutely brilliant and I made all the arrangements as usual through Expert Africa. The Kicheche camps are exceptionally well run, in fantastic wildlife areas with wonderful catering and expert guides

Richard Trillo at Expert Africa is the kind of helpful advisor and organiser you wish every travel company could have. He seems to intuitively know the kind of places I'll enjoy staying in - which is an impressive skill - and with every detail thought out and taken care of, the whole trip works seamlessly on the ground.

We had 3 nights at Kicheche Laikipia and Kicheche Valle, and a week at Kinendo Kwetu. The organisation and recommendations were superb, and after 6 nights in the bush ca week at Diani Beach was perfect. All the transfers and flights worked seamlessly and we had a wonderful holiday.

Expert Africa. We went to Botswana with them a few years ago and we would recommend them to anybody as their kniwkedfpge , experience and organisation are unsurpassed!

A safari trip to Kenya staying 4 nights in Samburu and 5 nights in the Masai Mara. We have been on this trip many times and our experiences with Expert Africa have been invariably excellent. Great care is taken to ensure the trip is exactly what you want and any questions asked are answered very quickly and positively. The information provided is very clear. Whilst there are many good companies offering trips to Kenya we would not have any reason to use anyone other than Expert Africa.
