Safari holiday in South Africa.

Bushbaby Travel were truly excellent throughout the whole process - From advice to booking to overseeing every detail. We were very impressed with their approach, their expertise and their standards of service. They organised the perfect trip for our family and were lovely to deal with.

We thoroughly enjoyed both safari's in South Africa. Ants Nest was magical and very homely and we loved being on horseback. So amazing to get so close to the animals. All the staff were so friendly. Jaci's was wonderful too with the lookout and the hide and we saw the big 5. Amazing!. The Seychelles was a perfect place to unwind and relax. The beaches were beautiful and white and the sea was so blue and clear. Both places we stayed were just perfect. The Story hotel on Mahe was in beautiful location and great to be able to walk out to different restaurants along the beach. We loved the contrast at Villa D'or on Praslin being self catered. Although we did find the food was very expensive to buy and not much meat or vegetables in the supermarkets. However we found some great restaurants to eat out at. We went on a few boat trips to visit different islands and to go snorkelling. We were extremely lucky to see whale sharks which Annabel and my husband ended up swimming with. Such an amazing experience! Thank you so much for organising a holiday of a life time!

We wanted a special holiday to mark the end of a stressful period in our lives and to celebrate new beginnings. We contacted Bushbaby travel who created the perfect holiday for us which comprised relaxing in the Seychelles and then flying to South Africa to go on safari. Every aspect was organised efficiently and thoughtfully to ensure an amazing holiday experience was had by all members of our family.

Bushbaby travel were exemplary from start to finish. We gave them very little to work with in terms of our own ideas, but they managed to come up with the perfect holiday plan for us. Many finer details that we would not have considered ourselves was thought about by the company, including meet and greets at every step of the way, and providing a comprehensive guide to the areas we were travelling to informing us of what to do both ahead of travelling and also what we needed whilst away. We also received a "tracker guide" to help us identify animal tracks on safari! They took all the stress away from planning the holiday as we knew we could trust in their choices.

From the planning stage to the receipt of our final documents Bushbaby’s attention to detail and their whole team’s unending knowledge is second to none. This trip to Canada staying in five different locations in British Columbia was our fifteenth holiday with them and this one was for my husband’s 70th birthday so extra special and that is exactly what it was. We started off in Vancouver - moved onto Victoria/Tofino/Campbell River and ending in Whistler. Every hotel was outstanding - the ferries over to the island and back to the mainland perfectly timed to the distances needed to get there in plenty of time and the two magical experiences of a 7 hour spring bears and whales river cruise with lunch and the peak to peak gondola ride perfectly organised.This company is so exceptional that trip number 16 is already booked.

The only word needed is exceptional. We couldn’t recommend them more highly.

A week of sights in Cambodia in Phnom Penh and Siem Reap. Lots of activities. Then a week of beach barefoot luxury at Soneva Kiri on Koh Kut

We had a holiday of a lifetime going from Miami, to Guyana and on to Costa Rica. Three very different experiences but all fantastic. We loved everything about Costa Rica from the amazing scenery of the rainforests, volcanoes, beaches and waterfalls, to the variety of activities, to the most diverse and incredible wildlife and to the friendliest people ever. The spirit of Pura Vida is evident everywhere

Brilliant from start to finish. Wonderful choice of country and location therein (Anassa Hotel in Cyprus). Hotel was fabulous - total luxury from start to finish. The views from the hotel were stunning - of the ocean, surrounding area and sea. The drinks and food were all great too, and beautifully prepared and served. Staff wonderful. We will definitely return!

We started out holiday with a safari in Madikwe for 3 nights at Jaki's Lodge which was amazing. we then flew to Cape Town and stayed at the Queen Victoria hotel in the V & A Waterfront which was well located with excellent service. We then stayed at Babylonstoren near Stellenbosch was an absolute dream, stunning farm with impeccable service and excellent facilities. We finished off in Plettenberg Bay at The Plettenberg Hotel which was perfectly located overlooking the sea with very comfortable accommodation and excellent, friendly staff. We loved every minute of our holiday in South Africa.

Amy & Abi at Bushbaby were amazing to deal with from the start. They offered exceptional knowledge on South Africa and really took the time to understand our needs. They offered us various options the whole way through and if there were any obstacles they were dealt with efficiently. They were incredibly patient and spent a lot of time perfectly tailoring our holiday.

We arranged to visit 6 different places in Namibia on a self drive basis staying at very comfortable lodges. The excellent itinerary was built with Bushbaby's partner in Namibia and led by Amy in the Bushbaby office. We had a great trip that exceeded our expectations. The documentation that we had to prepare for this was outstanding. Bushbaby are a great company.

Very personal communication from Amy in the Bushbaby office who knew exactly what was appropriate for a 2 week holiday. An excellent set of alternatives to meet my requirement of comfortable boutique lodges. Great advice on what the driving was like and the appropriate car. Fantastic detailed documentation on the itinerary.
