We had a whistle stop tour of the golden triangle in India on the back of a business trip.

Bush baby were fantastic in helping us to plan the trip giving us personal recommendations and working to out budget. They were always on the other end of an email and we felt safe and looked after. We can’t fault the tour partner in India. They were attentive and punctual and helped us every step of the way from booking into hotels to airport transfer, water and snacks in the car, and the best tour guides.

We had a wonderful 21-day trip to Japan organised with Bushbaby Travel in conjunction with Inside Japan. Our overall experience from the pre-trip planning phase to the actual holiday experience was excellent. As two couples who have been independently organising our international travel for many years, we are not accustomed to having every last detail of our trip arranged perfectly - we are not sure that it will be possible for us to return to our usual status quo after the incredible service we have experienced. In hindsight, we tried to cram too much into our three weeks in our excitement to squeeze every drop out of our trip and may have benefitted from visiting fewer places and spending more time in Tokyo and Osaka, which would also have meant less packing and unpacking. Our Japanese guides in the various cities were brilliant, interesting individuals who each gave us their unique insight into Japanese culture and interesting places that we may have missed on our own. Japan is a destination that we highly recommend for those who love exploring nature, different cultures, cuisine, and history. Don't let the language barrier stop you either as it is a very accessible country for travel and many people speak English and look for any opportunity to practice with you1

Inside Japan did an excellent job at converting our wishes into reality. In the pre-trip planning phase, some hotels we desired were already booked, which was a shame but not within their control. Overall, we had a good combination of interesting, ryokan style accommodation, both modern and more traditional and more functional city-based hotels which were of a high standard but less interesting in terms of facilities, but generally located in excellent locations. All connecting train journeys and many of the transfers were organised by Inside Japan - we collected all of our tickets for our time in Japan from the reception of our first hotel in Tokyo, along with IC Cards, which are like the Japanese version of an Oyster Card and a Mobile WIFI device which covered our three weeks in Japan. Along with this, the detailed Trip Itinerary and all of the destination information, which was sent to us beforehand, made the trip hassle-free. We had cause to contact Inside Japan a few times during our stay and found the team very responsive and efficient.

It was such an experience from beginning to end. Bangkok, Elephant Hills, Koh Samui, Singapore!

Bush Bay are outstanding. Nothing is too much trouble and you leave knowing that everything is just going to work. Theres no stress. Taxi's are there on time, hotels are very good quality. I would recommend 100%

We travelled to Athens for our honeymoon and stayed in two separate hotels, one in the city and one out on the coast. Both were beautiful hotels and we had a great mix of sight seeing, shopping, amazing food as well as time to sunbathe and relax.

Bush Baby were amazing as always, we ended up having to move the dates of our trip because of one of the hotels and they handled it so well and took care of all the changes for us with no issues at all.

Bushbaby travel put together an action-packed schedule for us to explore western Canada, Costa Rica and Brazil. We saw some incredible sights and did lots of fun activities, creating memories for ever!

Bush Baby Travel arranged the most memorable magical trip to Thailand. We wanted a relaxing time alongside sightseeing and some activities during our 2 week stay. 2 days in Bangkok, 2 nights in Elephant Hills including exploring the jungle, trekking and canoeing followed by 7 nights in Koh Samui.

Bushbaby Travel are extremely thorough and sorted every detail including flights, transfers, bookings cars and even booked my sons birthday dinner treat. nothing was too much trouble and found a hotel in Koh Samui that had tennis courts for my son to train. As they're a small company they are on call 7 days a week and are available to answer any queries even on a Sunday! this is the 2nd holiday we've used Bush baby and can't wait for our next holiday for them to organise.

An easy week away at an all inclusive hotel with a range of restaurants offering good but not excellent food. Excellent watersports. Great gym. Lovely beach. Deluxe area pool very nice - the main pool less so.
