We spent a week walking / hiking in the Cairngorms National Park in Scotland. Trip of a lifetime!

Wilderness Group is the best tour company I've ever used.

Very interesting blend of history, culture and nature. It was a really good way to get to know the history of the people and places.

Susie was organized and liked to keep to the schedule but could be flexible as needed. Guiding is a tough job as there are many personalities and breaking the ice and making small talk with multiple can be hard.

I had a wonderful trip with Wilderness Scotland exploring the history and natural wonders of the Orkney Islands.

Wilderness Scotland does an excellent job setting up and operating their tours. This is the 2nd time I've travelled with them.

We have always wanted to get to Scotland and this trip was it. Beautiful country, lovely people, great food, fantastic hiking, what more could you want?. Hotels were comfortable and clean. trip was organized and full. Hikes were challenging but ‘always worth the climb’.

I enjoyed every moment of this trip. Wilderness Scotland did an exceptional job. Accommodation, food, side trips, hiking, everything was exceptional. Although they didn't have control over the weather it was perfect. I learned so much about the Neolithic and Viking period and had a variety of hiking experiences. I'm already planning my next trip with them or their sister organizations Wilderness England or Wilderness Ireland.

Susie was so knowledgeable about everything Orkney and her enthusiasm was infectious.

Wilderness Scotland took us on a tour of Skye and Harris that was mind blowing. If you are considering day hiking on Skye and Harris this trip is for you. Great hikes, great accommodations, and fantastic guides.

5 days in Orkney hiking and sightseeing.

Wilderness Scotland was excellent to deal with; quick response, easy to book, personalized.

It was a lovely trip to the Orkney Islands. We were picked up by the guide in Inverness and driven by van along the eastern coast of the Scottish Highlands. We took a ferry to the islands and stayed in a lovely hotel. The trip included visiting several ruins and hiking local trails. The hiking level was rated as a 3 on a 10 scale and this was an accurate rating.

Wilderness Scotland was very easy to work with and prepared us well for the adventure. The trip itself was well guided and very enjoyable.
