Our trip with Wilderness Scotland along the West Highland Way was a delight. Knowledgeable, friendly, and caring guides; great group of fellow travelers; more than adequate accommodations; and the wonderful and varied landscape of the Way itself.

Wilderness Scotland's responsiveness and organization prior to the trip left us very well-prepared for the experience. Our guides were knowledgeable, friendly, and caring and our accommodations were more than adequate.

You’d be hard-pressed to find a more incredible hike and experience Scotland the way we did on our 8 day hike. It was the perfect blend of beautiful views, lovely people, amazing accommodations and food and a proper challenge to complete. Will recommend it to everyone we know who enjoys hiking.

We had a fantastic trip hiking the West Highland Way thanks in large part to the thoughtful, professional and organized trip arranged through Wilderness Scotland. The trip exceeded our expectations, particularly the opportunity to upgrade and stay in amazing places.

We completed the West Highland Way recently, having booked the entire experience through Wilderness Scotland, including accommodation and bag transfers along the way. It was well organised with excellent communication, advice and follow up throughout. The walk itself is amazing and quite achievable for anyone with a relatively good level of fitness. Our accommodation was generally of a very high standard, with only one exception and that was purely a case of there being no other options available to suit our schedule. All in all I would highly recommend both Wilderness Scotland and the West Highland Way itself.

Wilderness Scotland were extremely efficient and easy to deal with. Unfortunately our original booking needed to be rescheduled due to Covid and all happened without any issues.

I met with my small group and we all seemed to hit it off right away. I knew walking 96 miles in 7 days was going to be a challenge, but it was a wonderful experience and I would do it again!
