Two weeks of getting us all together as a family, doing something we all enjoy and in good company with the other boats on the flotilla. What’s not to like? Add in the warmth of the Greek sun and sea, a different taverna each night and a different view every morning and I reckon these holidays are very hard to beat.

Really well organised, with friendly staff when booking and excellent staff on arrival and accompanying the flotilla. We’ve had four holidays with Sailing Holidays and will be back, I’m sure.

Flights from UK to various airports in Greece, met at the door with bottles of water by the Sailing Holiday Reps (much appreciated) and then a coach transfer before collecting our boat in time to settle in for the evening with dinner in a local taverna. A week or two of sailing around some very pretty islands, where lucky getting to see dolphins, and very relaxed and inexpensive meals on shore.

Office based staff are very helpful with information and advice, and making any small tweaks we need to our booking. Ground crews and Lead Boat crews on-location are friendly, supportive and become part of your family for the duration.

Amazing week on flotilla with Sailing Holidays! We have sailed with them for over 10 years and every time the service is exceptional right through from the booking process to the lead crew! Highly recommended!!

Sailing Holidays are well organised and always happy to help. They will try their best to accommodate if you have any unusual requests. They are friendly on the phone when booking and the team in Greece are just as amazing!

We spent seven days sailing around the South Ionian, visiting a different little port every night in the company of some lovely people. Natural beauty, wonderful weather and great company....what more you could ask for?

We have travelled with Sailing Holidays every year for the past 7 years and have found them to be exceptionally helpful, friendly, laid back and FUN!

We decided to book a two week sailing holiday this year following our first holiday with Sailing Holidays last year. Last year was our fist time to sail and the support and guidance from the crew was fantastic. This year we decided to choose a slightly bigger boat and add seven more days on. One week is just not enough as you start to build your confidence. Our fellow holiday makers in our flotilla were great fun, ages ranged from 9 to 70 and we all got on so well. We enjoyed sharing our adventure stories at the end of everyday over some refreshments. Looking forward to booking again for next year!!!

We booked our holiday through Sailing Holidays because they were the most down to earth company that we met at the Southampton boat show. All of the other sailing companies wanted to sell you more and more. No added extras, no audit at the end of your holiday to check or charge you for damage or missing tea spoons. The team in the booking office are all very friendly, booked our first holiday with a guy called Barrie. He gave us some top tips and advice too.

1 week with an affiliated sea school then a 2 week trip around the southern Ionian. Simply superb company nothing seems to be too much trouble. I had crew changes part way though the trip with people flying out and others flying home all was handled with no drama. they even arranged transport and accommodation for me when I needed at the end of the 1st week before picking my boat up![not in there remit] totally above and beyond. would not use any other charter/flot company. Note regarding the Yachts, there well maintained and there is a real selection from 27ft right up too 50+ there is limited slab reefing boats in there fleet but the kinda sailing that the environment encourages this does not detract from the holiday, just don't get to carried away trying to trim in-mast... enjoy the company and the lovely suroundings instead :-)

I used the BA flight's witch was a cost option but if like me your tall its well worth it and well free Gin! ace :-) "Tour Operator" im a little confused buy what to put in hear, "Sailing Holidays" "Rep's" are you Support/Lead Crews so I guess they are what I should talk about hear... They are the Value added part of the holiday, you can get a boat on a charter cheaper bear boat.. however :- a Hostess who knows the area and is a mind of information on hidden gem's be that Water falls and Caves or bespoke dinning as well as arranging amusing group activity's.. Then there is the Engineer, if it breaks in my experience it just gets fixed and fixed in short order! simple as that! even real drama get sorted out with a few hours! Finally the skipper... well this is what turns it in to a real holiday for me! I tend to take small groups often inexperienced people out an know ing that I will have parking allotted to me on arrival just takes a potential drama out for me! also its nice to get a weather brief in the morning instead of have to collate the info your self then come up with some kinda plan.. all in all ace!

Sailing Holidays undersell just how good their holidays are. Just one big complaint: two weeks is simply not long enough. That's why we're coming back for more.
