Nomadic Thoughts helped us plan our trip to Southern India, mainly in Kerela, but also taking in some key sights in Karnataka on our way through. We stayed in a variety of places, mainly for two nights at a time. It was our first time in India and the balance of experiences from environmental, historical, cultural and lifestyle gave us a wonderful sense of the place...as well as allowing for some downtime. Our drivers and guides were punctual, friendly and went out of their way to make sure we were were comfortable and relaxed throughtout; whilst greatly adding to our enjoyment with their formal and informal information about the areas we visited.

Nomadic Thoughts's knowledge was invaluable in devising an itinerary in order to make the best use of our time and in providing information to prepare for the trip. The suggestions they made and the contacts they had covered all the main sights, as well as some less obvious, more individualised visits. The Vamoos travel app was an excellent tool to keep all the infomation we needed at hand, even when not online, especially when there was a high level of documentation required for hotel and airport check ins. All the people we met associated with Nomadic Thoughts were delightful and welcoming, there was attention to detail generally in making sure things went smoothly and we felt well supported. As this was not our first time using Nomadic Thoughts, it lived up to our previous experience and we will definitely be using them again

Nomadic Thoughts organised our 15 day trip to Kerala in October/November 2024. It was our first visit to India and we thoroughly enjoyed each stage of our holiday. The local drivers and guides were friendly and punctual and great at explaining their local areas and customs. We stayed in multiple locations generally for 2 nights in each which gave us time to do plenty of sightseeing.

Nomadic Thoughts listened to our requirements and put together an interesting itinerary with lots of sightseeing and guided tours as well as time to relax and enjoy the areas we were visiting. Their obvious knowledge of Kerala helped us refine our trip successfully. The Vamoos travel app made everything very easy with all our documentation in one place (vital when having to produce our evisas at each hotel). Everything ran smoothly during the trip and we stayed in some lovely hotels in a range of locations. We came back feeling we had really got a flavour of Kerala.

We went to Malta for a week mid-September and stayed in the Grand Excelsior Hotel which is a 5 min walk from Valletta, the capital. Valletta has an unbelievable cathedral and excellent museums, and is beautiful. We rented a car and drove around Malta and Gozo, visiting ancient ruins, medieval towns, markets and beaches.

The booking process was very simple and everything went smoothly. No hassle.

This was a 3.5 week tour of North West India taking in Mumbai, Udaipur, Jodhpur, Jaipur, Agra, Delhi, Amritsar, Chandigarh and Shimla. It involved travel by plane, train and minibus and staying in a variety of high quality hotels. We had tour guides dedicated to our party of four adults who ensured that we were well informed and that we experienced a wide range of incredible sites and events.

Nomadic Thoughts were excellent throughout; from the time of initial booking right through the holiday itself. They kept us informed via their app of all the travel information we needed to have as well as being quick to respond via email to any specific query we might have had. This was my first time using Nomadic Thoughts and I have been very impressed indeed. The tour guides , and other staff which they used to make our holiday such a success, were first class and their knowledge and punctuality were remarkable. Logistically, this was not an easy tour to organise but it was managed impeccably!

It was a 23 day tour for 4 people, from Mumbai, Udaipur, Jodhpur, Jaipur, Agra, Delhi,Amritsar, Chandigarh and Shimla. We saw amazing sights, learnt a lot form many excellent guides, both about India, and the sites that we were visiting. All hotels were excellent, with all staff very helpful, with excellent food and facilities. All transport was seamless, at all times, even when landslip closed the road tour mountain railway station, an alternative plan was already in action, without us knowing it. It was a real assault on all our senses, and was a trip that we had postponed due to COVID, but so happy that we did it.

Very helpful in all respects, with regard to organising the trip, accommodating our suggestions. Excellent app that helped us know what to expect,weather,a blog to record the holiday, and weather, all at a glance, along with tickets etc. All pre trip information, including tips, suggestions on packing were well laid out - We highly recommend Nomadic Thoughts

Our first time in India and didn't disappoint! Excellent organisation of the itinerary; punctual and very pleasant staff at every stage of our tour; full on for the first 10 days but very enjoyable nonetheless; hugely relaxing time spent at the end on the coast.

First helped us 34 years ago in arranging our honeymoon; and was first rate in every way then and this time!

It was beautifully planned for us. We were able to see all the famous highlights of Iceland. All the hotels selected for us were comfortable and had their own characters. The food was exceptionally good in all of them and we found the staff very helpful and friendly.

We stayed at the Dinarobin Hotel in Mauritius on their advice and we loved it. We had a lovely room, the staff who were all Mauritian were absolutely delightful and they laid on the most amazing New Years Eve diner with spectacular food and entertainment.

We have used Nomadic Thoughts many times for lots of very different holidays, beach like this, safaris, India and Cuba. We always deal with the same person and he always has personal knowledge of our destinations and and is able to give us excellent advice and work to whatever budget we set. They always have very good agents on the ground. They are a pleasure to deal with.
