Long weekend in Marrakech
Marraketch is a beautiful and interesting place - it was hectic as expected and a million miles an hour - loved it. Stayed in the Amirat al Jamal Riad and it was most beautiful and the staff there couldn't do enough - will be going back!

Birthday celebration in Marrakesh
We wanted to travel somewhere a little different, see some sights and get some winter sun. Marrakesh fulfilled those requirements. I was celebrating a big birthday and everything met or exceeded my expectations. Leaving th ecity for the Atlas Mountains was also lovely.

A wonderful tailored short break to Morocco
We had only three nights available but were able to pack in a two night stay in the Atlas Mountains at the wonderful Douar Samra followed by a night of luxury in Marrakesh at Riad Adore. Douar Samra was recommended by our operator Fleewinter and was a great taste of Berber life. Douar Samra was recommended by our operator Fleewinter and was a great taste of Berber life. The hotel itself is comfortable, the staff are welcoming and the food is delicious, while the setting is simply stunning. The hotel arranged a guide for us to take a trek to the waterfalls, hard work but worth it. Riad Adore in the Medina for our final night was a beautiful luxurious riad with super helpful staff. A really excellent trip.
Rating for tour operator:Fleewinter is very knowledgeable about Morocco and tailor their trips to your exact requirements. We have used them several times and always found their recommendations excellent and their organisation superb. They know the hotels and riads they work with very well and are able to make recommendations to meet any individual needs. Internal travel in Morocco is always a bit challenging but Fleewinter arrange for cars and drivers that are always safe, efficient, prompt and polite. I cannot recommend Fleewinter highly enough, they are always our first choice for this type of trip.
Thank you Alison, it will be a pleasure to help you organise yet another trip with us :)
Great adventure in Marrakech!
Great holiday - oasis of calm in the beautiful Riad Adore [helped by the great team there!] - then exploring the amazing souk markets and night market. Lovely restaurants [reasonable, mid range and expensive, so suits every budget - and all meals were excellent] and places to visit [tombs, palaces and gardens, especially the Yves St Laurent garden]. A walk in the Atlas mountains with a stop at Richard Branson's hotel on the way back for a cocktail! ...

Fabulous trip to Marrakech with Fleewinter
Superb in every way. Fleewinter are a very personal company who look at the small details and only recommend places they've experienced themselves. Perfect arrangements, using partners who provide professional services with a smile. We spent 2 nights in the Medina at Riad El Zohar, with amazing host and staff. Had a cookery lesson there involving an interesting trip to the souk. And then 3 nights at Villa Dinari about 20 minutes drive from there...

This is the type of venue you don't want to share with other people! Suffice to say it is a haven. Just go!

Rating for tour operator:Fleewinter produce a fantastic service, really listened to our needs and produced perfect place for us.
Excellent from start to finish.
Knowing nothing about the destination, we put our faith in Fleewinter and were not disappointed. Excellent advice about where to stay, for how long, what to do, etc and it all worked very well. Would go to Marrakech again, and would book with Fleewinter again.

Weekend Break
Short break to a Riad in Marrakesh. As a break in the sun for relaxation and culture it is hard to beat Morocco as a destination.

Best Birthday ever !!!
I went to Marrakech with my sister to celebrate my 60th Birthday. I had the most amazing time. The Morrocan people are so friendly and the service is brilliant. We stayed at the Riad Hikaya in the Medina. What a fantastic place to stay. Would recommend it to everyone. Through Fleewinter we had arranged for a guide for our 1st whole day (Tuesday) to orientate ourselves and Ali was really interesting and helpful. We visited the Souk, the Jewish quarter,Bahia Palace. Wednesday saw us taking a Caleche to the Majorelle Gardens, absolutely beautiful. Came back via the Tannery, definitely need the mint that the guide gives you!!! Then we visited the Hammam at the Riad and had an brilliant couple of hours, with massage and cleansing etc. Don't miss this !!! That evening our host gave us a bottle of wine to celebrate my birthday and the staff brought a Birthday Cake, heaven knows where they got that from !! On or last full day we again had a prebooked Guide and went trekking in the Atlas Mountains and had lunch at a Berber House. What a fantastic day out !! On our last morning we visited the Saadian Tombs and the Badia Palace. By then we felt really at home in the Medina. The whole holiday was just Brilliant !!!
Rating for tour operator:Came across Fleewinter by accident and am really pleased that I did. They were rea information about the area. They listened to our requirements and together we came up with an itinerary that really worked. The accomodation that they suggested was wonderful. Our transport to/ from the airport was on time and the drivers very pleasant and helpful. We had also prebooked our guides for our day out in the Medina and Souk and also for our trip to the Atlas Mountains. Everything ran like clockwork so I would really recommend them.
