Gstaadt Music Festival accompanied by beautiful walking by day. Excellent, comfortable and accommodating hotel in stunning position.

The holiday starts and ends with a scenic train journey beside Lake Geneva with panoramic windows up to/from the Bernese Alps. Each day, after a generous buffet breakfast on a sunny terrace, we took ski lifts/ buses or trains to walk for 2-3 hours high in the hills admiring the wildflowers and dramatic Swiss scenery. On four evenings we were transfered to a local church to enjoy a classical music concert before returning the our superb hotel to enjoy their outstanding selection of cheeses and desert.

This is our 15th holiday in as many years with Kudu Travel. Prices are all inclusive apart from flights. Acommodation and meal standards are high.

We enjoyed an eight-day tour of Finland, which took in 4 concerts of the Kuhmo Festival and two performances at Savonlinna Opera, and a wide range of cultural and other events and experiences. Our small group covered a lot of ground, driven by our hosts to places of geographic, geological, cultural, and other interests-a great introduction to Finland, which we have never previously visited. We enjoyed the hospitality of six hotels, all of very good standard and some exceptionally so. We dropped in to a wide variety of places of interest, learning about peacetime and wartime events that had shaped Finland over the centuries. The tour also took us to places of natural interest which included pleasant, but not unduly challenging walks within this varied landscapes. This was a thoughtfully prepared, well managed and utterly enjoyable taste of Finland.

This was our second tour with Kudu Travel. We love their blend of carefully researched and planned niche touring events in small groups to places of unique interest.

Walking, birds and culture on the Faroe Islands. A small group of us - 3 and our tour guide. Starting at Torshaven, on Streymoy, we visited Mykines to see nesting birds (a glorious day), Saksun on Streymoy, Gjogv on Esturoy, Klaksvik on Bordoy, Skord on Kunoy, Vestmanna and then back to Torshaven on Streymoy. A wonderful introduction to the island archipelago with exhilerating walking everywhere. Excellent small hotels, great meals both at lunch time and in the evening. The birds were spectacular and the wild flowers (orchids everywhere!) were beautiful. A truly memorable week.

I have travelled with Kudu before and know that I enjoy their choice of itinerary, hotels, food and activities and this trip was no exception.

A small company which cares about its clients.

This was a relaxing but interesting holiday, exploring an island with many facets, centred on a rural hotel with excellent facilities, staff, rooms and restaurant.

This was our twelfth tour with Kudu, an almost family -like company - we always meet people we have been on holidays with before! The emphasis is on good company, food and wine, and a mixture of interests.

We stayed at an amazing hotel (Alcaufar Vell), explored prehistoric sites, observed birds and flowers, and walked through beautiful countryside. The food and wine were excellent
