We spent 3 days in Montenegro at the Heritage Grand hotel in Perast. The hotel was immaculately maintained, excellent staff, glorious views from a lovely bedroom overlooking the sea. Breakfast had every possible thing you could want to eat.

We had been concerned about flight cancellations and rang our tour operator to ask his advice about booking back up flights to get home in case of cancellations, or even if we should cancel the whole trip. He was extremely reassuring and advised us not to cancel, and to view the likelihood of cancellations in context. How right and calm he was. Everything worked brilliantly. His advice on going there in the first place was also spot on.

Kirker Holidays provided the travel arrangements for the Sunday Times 'Where am I' travel quiz. We flew Heathrow to Prague, a car was waiting to convey us to the chosen hotel. Kirker provided information about what to see and how to get around and also included a morning walking tour. On the final day the car was waiting to transport us back to the airport in good time for our return flight. All arrangements went exactly according to plan, leaving us to concentrate on appreciating the beauties of Prague.
