None refund ( medical condition)
Had to cancel following a heart attack and subsequent complications, following two emails and phone conversations my request for a deposit refund was flatly refused under the excuse of terms and conditions. WOW wasn’t expecting that, my illness is life changing and had huge repercussions…. But t&c’s are t&c’s Johnathan l suggest staff are trained to be a little more empathetic. Very disappointed.

Our team was very sympathetic to your circumstances and wished you a speedy recovery on multiple occasions. We also understood how disappointed you were to not be able to complete the challenge.
As we explained to you, costs had been outlaid, and your non-refundable registration fee was used to cover these costs. Our Terms and Conditions are in place to protect our clients just as much as they are there to protect us as a business. Every person who signs up for a challenge with us agrees to these terms and conditions and is aware that the registration fee is non-refundable.
We also clarified that we would be more than happy to help you with any travel insurance claim and provide any required information or documentation. We instruct our customers to get travel insurance as soon as possible after booking to ensure they are covered in events just like these.
Again, we are exceptionally sorry to hear of your circumstances, and equally disappointed that you will not be able to join us in Rajasthan. We hope your recovery is going well and wish you all the best.
