We have travelled with Fleewinter many times before. Knowledgeable and friendly staff who take the time to understand what you are looking for in terms of hotels, guides and trips and who work on several iterations. The local agents, drivers & guides they use were all (as usual) top class.

Every aspect of our honeymoon in the Philippines was exactly what we were hoping for.

Fleewinter were professional, efficient and easy to deal with.

India was more than we could every have imagined. We were not quite sure what to expect but all our worries disappeared once we settled in and the people, places, food, landscape etc were just out of this world

I cannot fault them, nothing is too much trouble and I always felt that they were there to help and advise which made the whole holiday relaxing.

We had heard about many good experiences from friends and family who had travelled to Vietnam and following a wonderful trip to Cambodia we decided we should travel there for our latest holiday. We were booking everything at short notice and didn't have much time to plan, which was challenging, but we returned to Fleewinter who managed to organise an incredible itinerary for us. We travelled from north to south Vietnam (and Phu Quoc island) and managed to 'sample' this wonderful country. From the bustling cooking capital of the world which was Hanoi (and so much more culturally too), to drifting in Halong bay, hiking and cycling around Mau Châu, wandering around Hue and Hoi An and snorkelling in Phu Quoc, this trip had absolutely everything we could have wished for and more. We are looking forward to returning and seeing the country in more detail. We also hope to explore Ho Chi Minh city and the Mekong Delta on a return visit. The arrangements for our trip were seamless from start to finish. This was our fourth holiday organised by Fleewinter and we can honestly say each trip was wonderful and we have amazing memories from all of them.

This is our fourth holiday travelling with Fleewinter and we have never been disappointed with any aspect of our holiday when making our arrangements through them. They listen to what you want from your holiday and organise and adjust elements of the holiday on that basis, so your itinerary is entirely tailor made. We always arrange our holidays at very short notice, which must make things exceptionally difficult for them, but they have managed to organise amazing itineraries for us on each occasion. Nothing is too much trouble and I recommend them regularly to colleagues and friends.

We explored Vietnam, North and South, leaving the central area for another day.; we can't wait to return! We experienced cities, rural and coastal locations. We loved our time her. The people are friendly and engaging. The food was exceptional. It was really hard to leave! We travelled on to Cambodia. We were thrilled to explore the country beyond Siem Reap, which seems to be the extent of the majority of tourist trips to the country. We got a sense of the traumas suffered by the people in the past, and of the real challenges they are facing now.. We enjoyed visiting Battambang, and the Botom Sakor National Park, as well as relaxing on Koh Russey.

We have travelled with Fleewinter on many occasions, and have loved planning the trips with them. They offer a great service, and we have always felt that they care about us having the best trip we can. They work with local guides, and we have always found their representation abroad to be most helpful and dedicated.

A very good and varied visit to Vietnam. Largely good/very good accommodation. Just frustrated to have one part of our trip changed without proper consultation being told that flights had changed when it appeared that this was not the case.

We were originally booked in 2020 and we really appreciated the speed at which our money was returned when covid cancelled all trips. Hence we came back to do the trip with them in 2023 out of loyalty. A bit difficult to get transparency on what options exist to vary cost and the nature of excursions etc but overall pleased with the resulting trip
