We walked in a circuit near Lands End in Cornwall over 6 days.

They're called On Foot Holidays.

My husband and I decided to take a (somewhat last minute) trip to celebrate our 15th wedding anniversary and our joint 50th birthdays while our kids were away at summer camp. We reached out to On Foot Holidays with only about a month before our possible departure, and they managed to put together the most wonderful itinerary for us. We did an inn-to-inn walking tour of the Cornwall coast, beginning and ending at St. Ives. We couldn't have been happier with our accommodations in each sweet little seaside town we visited. We walked long days and then were so happy to land in each new setting every evening for a lovely meal and good rest. I wish we could do it all over again right now :)

Everyone we dealt with at On Foot - Mary, Bea, Andy (all of them) were so immediately responsive to any questions we had and to helping us put things together so last minute. I can't recommend them highly enough.

We had an amazing holiday in Cornwall. On Foot did such a great job of setting up everything we needed to have a great trip. The route was so beautiful and we appreciated learning some history along the way. It was easy to prepare for each day using the information On Foot provided.

On Foot is the best. The attention to detail in our trip plans made our trip so enjoyable and stress free. All of our accommodations were clean, comfortable, and run by friendly staff. The maps, GPS, and written directions were flawless. When we set up our trip they were very helpful and responded quickly to any questions we had.

We loved this walk with its spectacular costal scenery and so much culture and history to discover. We found the walking slightly easier than other walks of similar category, the ascents and descents are plentiful but relatively short. The accommodation was good and food everywhere was very tasty. The route is well planned and each day has something different to offer: St Michaels Mount, fishing villages, Minack Theatre, Lands End, stunning vast beaches, tin mining and more. I especially enjoyed seeing the tides, remote coves and a glimpse into earlier lifestyle of remote fishing villages. We stayed an extra day in St Ives and could have stayed longer with its plentiful art, surf and culinary scenes.

This is our third trip with On Foot Holidays. They are an amazing team offering well thought out routes and incredible customer service. Thoroughly recommend.

We thought nothing could top On Foot Holiday's Amalfi route but we think this did with its spectacular views and lack of many other hikers on the trails. It seemed as if each cove we came to was more beautiful than the previous one. The Tinner's Way leg was more pastural with fascinating ancient stone structures.

On Foot Holiday's planning and organization was exceptional. Their chosen accommodations were clean, comfortable and charming. Route maps, directions and GPS route back up were clear and helpful. They quickly responded to questions we had during the planning and kept us updated when minor adjustments were needed during the trip. This was our third holiday with them and we are already looking at their website to plan our next trip. We have already recommended On Foot to friends of ours.

We hiked the perimeter of Cornwall from Penzance to St. Ives in the early fall.

They kept in close touch and were very responsive from our first queries until we completed our holiday and got back home. They advised us on the route, booked our accommodations & meals and arranged to transport our luggage day by day. They provided assistance avoiding travel problems (they warned us in advance of a railway strike which affected our arrival at the start), and provided color and history to enhance the trip.

A glorious mix of challenge, education, luxury landscapes and beautiful accomodation.

On Foot provided excellent pre tour care, very informative and personalised. Self guided notes were generally high quality considering natural environments alter over time. Proactive support from local contact person and subsequent response from On Foot when we were confused about a section of the walk very much appreciated. We loved OnFoot’s honesty and empathy. Round-trip walk St. Ives to St. Ives via St. Michael's Way, Southwest Coastal Path and Tinners' Way. Varied terrain, lots of ups and downs, fabulous coastal scenery, historical mining remains, fishing harbours, flowers blooming everywhere, friendly locals, great food and drink, comfortable accommodations. Exceeded our expectations in every way.

On Foot Holidays ensured we were fully informed and prepared for our walk. GPS track, maps, detailed descriptions of the route, historical and local information, equipment list, local contact, booking comfortable and convenient accommodations, forwarding luggage, providing eating out suggestions, tailoring the trip to our requests (extra days), checking our progress on the walk, follow-up after the walk - all were supplied. I truly cannot think of anything more that they could have done to create a memorable experience for us. The only hitch was a train strike in London on our arrival day, but On Foot anticipated this and suggested alternate arrangements.
