This was a shorter trek away from the usual itineraries in Bhutan. The trail meandered through forests with towering trees and over passes with wonderful views into Nepal and Tibet. The equipment, campsites, and organization of the trek were all top notch! Because few people do this trip, we needed to be flexible and trust our guides when the trail became faint in places or the actual route ended up being a little different from what was listed in the pre-trip itinerary. I thoroughly enjoyed each day on the trail and the other days spent acclimatizing and exploring Bhutan.
